How's your son dealing with the new menu?Definitely a lot of work. I made balsamic chicken with mushrooms and thyme for dinner on Sat, it was really good. Tonight we had BBQ chicken tostadas. They weren't too bad. Lots and lots of roasted veggies. Turkey burgers are on the menu this week and leftover lasagna.

I like cauliflower but I don't want any mashed.
