Enjoyed reading up on coffee making and cooking supplies! Me, I'm lazy and just use my Keurig. 2 minutes, coffee is ready. I don't like to hesitate much getting that first cup of coffee.

I'm more of a soda junky myself. I prefer to suck down a few Mt. Dews in the morning. 
I know, I know, less healthy, but coffee doesn't really do it for me.

That's probably because you make it too weak. Next time, make it corrosively strong (think battery acid). Should be the pick me up you need in the morning.

I might have to try that, but I don't generally make coffee at home. Don't get me wrong, I like coffee, I drink it all the time, but that morning get up and go, for some reason I prefer soda. But you probably have a point, because gas station coffee probably is just made weak.

Been raining here too but not storms, supposed to be rather windy today though
We're supposed to have severe storms later this evening. I love them (provided no one gets hurt and the power doesn't go out), but my kids don't care for them.
