Some of them get really big. :)

I just made a pot of French Press coffee. (2/3rds caff.)
Just using my Gevalia coffee...store ground. Worked PERFECTLY fine.
The mocha in it is more pronounced, and maybe I'm crazy, but it seems silkier.
I've had French Press when I've been at my nephew's house, that's all he owns is a FP.

I poured the extra in my Timolino, and just let the insert catch the grounds.
Dale, that's been THE BEST thing. Thank you so much for recommending that years ago!!!
I don't know if I told you, but that Christmas that MIL got it for me, she also got DH's sister one.

    She loves hers too. :)

I couldn't find one in Stainless, that's what I have. But this is it.
    https://www.amazon.com/Timolino-VPJ...=UTF8&qid=1491690756&sr=8-8&keywords=timolino

Found a pic. If you click on the middle pic in that link, that's where the Stainless is. ;)

Glad you gals like them so much, always nice to know someone really likes something you recommended :thumb: Use mine all the time for brewing tea :)

    Little desserts :)

Good evening. wow, did this day go fast or what!

I'll see if DH still even has that...

Hi Bobbi. Hope you're doing well, you and yours.

    Hi @Sara Love :)

...I've been spring cleaning in the kitchen. I think I might have missed the very tops of the cabinets last year.  ...ewwwww!!!!
1/2 done, 1/2 to go....need a nap first before I tackle the last set. Only a twofer on the other side so that will go fast, but that's the side that has the glassware on top...that will need to be hand washed....definitely a nap first.:D

I was just thinking, it's about that time again, the cupboards need to be wiped down. Definitely time to spring clean. So glad you enjoyed your coffee. :)

Good afternoon all my lovely lurkers.

Made it through the rest of the day yesterday without killing anyone, so that's a positive right? :p:laugh:

Ordered some new vape gear today...my first in quite a while...yay, I get to stalk the mailman again! :w00t:

Hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend so far.

    Yay!!!! vape Mail!!! :D

    Good afternoon all :)

Back home and bed set up and ready for sleeping

Too late for me to nap so it'll just have to wait

Bet you're glad to have that done. :)

Yeah, well...there's more beer glasses on top of the wine fridge in the basement.
DH collects them from cool restaurants he goes to.
I *know* that didn't get done last year.
I think most of them can go through the dw though. Just a couple things down there that have to be hand washed. :nun:

    It sure did!! o_O
Was your day a good one? :)

Lovely, all sparkly and stuff :thumb:

LOL's, ... yeah ... "things" most of that is mystery stuff to me
    I did, thank you :)

Started the day with lacrosse, went produce/meat shopping, floor hockey, made meatloaf stuffed bell pepper rings and some pasta salad with spinach, tomatoes and mozz for dinner. Breakfast casserole in the fridge and 4lbs of chicken breast in the crock for shredding. In between, three loads of laundry done and washed all the dishes that don't go in the dishwasher. I'm ready for bed. Lol

All that glassware (in general) IS sooooooo pretty when it's all clean! You'd think that would be motivation to keep for me to keep it that way.
Except for the water pitcher, that's all stuff DH gets from this annual golf tournament he plays in.
Every year they get a different type of bar ware. One year was the ice bucket, no glasses.
I'm hoping they change to something else, I'm about out of room on top of that cabinet.
I think about the only thing we don't have are cordials.
We have cordials, but not that go with that set.

Do you like it as much as you thought you would? :?:
Time will tell, but it should be great.
I'm hoping it doesn't chip easily. But, I'm going try to be careful.
It's really heavy, but I knew they would be, and any of them that size just are.
It also says to use coated utensils, which I have, but I need a coated whisk.
I want to do a roasted chicken in it this coming week.
...we had leftover pasta tonight, having brats tomorrow night, so maybe Thurs. I'll do the chicken.

Oh my Sara. I bet you are!!! Bless your heart!!!

Looks like a good spot for a 20 pound pot :D
DH asked if that shelf was rated for that pot. I told him, "heck if I know, I guess we'll find out".
It's seems extremely solid, there is no give to the shelf at all.

I have a lot of coffee stuff up on my cabinets ... same thing, they look a lot better clean

I hope it doesn't chip easily either ... is it warranted ?
