Same concept. May want to look into seeing if there's a reliable WISP provider in your area.

I checked we had a guy here that was going to do that but he gave up on it for some reason, the city even told him he could put his stuff on the water towers he never did it :)

Nope gave up on the phone long ago and got one of their WiFi hot-spots :)
    Unlimited plan?

You're probably getting bumped out of priority.

Most have a situation that after the first 10 or so gigs, during high volume you get bumped to lower priority.

That can mean anything from slower speeds, a slower portion of the network, or if the network is really taxed, nothing at all.

Doesn't have to show on your device that you're on a slower network, either.

Could be lower priority on an LTE connection and still act like no connection at all.

    Looks good :thumb:

I'm having honey chipole ground beef on salad ... a sloppy joe mix I got ... whenever I do get hungry.

    Awesome! R2D2!! :D
Everybody should cook on a kamato grill once!

I thought they were over hyped and over priced during the green egg wave.

Now I wouldn't give it up.

    Seers
    Smokes
    Grills
    (You can even bake)
    Efficient
    Controllable
    Fantastic flavor
    Easy clean up
    Simple charcoal/wood grilling

Quite possibly my greatest piece of cooking equipment.

    That's saying something!

ETA; Plus it's a 180 pound sleek, black R2D2.

    Weird.
Just had that 502 error that Steve complained about when I hit post.
I closed it, and hit post again, (above post) and it went.

Had a great time. Very cool weather up there, with some nice warm sunshine here and there as well, but it was very windy.
Took three nice, long pontoon rides around the lake, had wonderful food the entire time, and of course ate way too much. ;)
I think a good time was had by all.

Welp, I'm off to get some tea brewing and have a hot soak.
I'm all caught up, and consider everything liked.
    Joey, the ribs look wonderful!!
    Nice grill beckdg!

Thick walled ceramic body and coal pit.

    Cast iron bottom plate.

    I was surprised myself.
    Looks really nice :)
    Thanks, you both.

I'm kinda a stickler about my cooking gear.

Better gear doesn't necessarily make better food.

But it does make it more consistently with less effort.

Joey tell GF if she builds the fire on one side and puts ribs on other side they smoke better but it takes longer, and if you put the grill handle hole over the fire you can add wood as it cooks :)

    Good evening all. :)

Home from visiting family. Completely exhausted.
Got home at 3, helped DH unload the car, was napping by 3:15. Slept for 2 hours...slept, not napping.
    Welcome back Lori
Figured you were napping ;) Glad you had such a good time :)
