One of the home remedies is ACV in Apple juice. I did some of that this a.m., will do another dose in a little while.

You know what "they" say about an apple a day,TRUE STORY ! :2c:

Those places are cool as long as they don't try and feed my any raw fish
    Agreed and agreed!

Fish&chips for dinner here (breaded cod & french fry's)

About too start on istick #2 the one I did yesterday is still going strong so far only 1/2 the power is used up after most of last night and all of today
Yay! Now we know where to send our i sticks for refurbishing :D

It's not as bad as last night, I've slept a lot today.
Based on some research, I really think it's a gallbladder attack, based on the symptoms.
    No vomiting, or the other.

DH went to Dierberg's (big grocery store/huge selection) and got me some things that were recommended.
A dandelion (blended) tea, and some other things. Apple juice, some things to eat that are safe.

Going to try to make it til Monday when I can call *my doctor*. If I can't, I'll go somewhere, but trying to hold off.

From what I've read, gallbladder "attacks" can last a few days.

McDonalds. Double cheeseburger, cheese and onion (only), and fries.
But, it's prob more what I'd had ALL week prior. All the no-no's on the do not eat list if you have gallbladder issues.
I think I had one other attack a couple years ago.

I'm definitely going to watch for serious symptoms/signs, and if I need to go the the ER, I will.
BUT, I've also read that some people get sent home with a pat on the head and pain meds.:nah:

I don't know anything about gallbladder problems
Good luck with that acv

Oh gal, you don't want to.
    I know, it's gross. (ACV)
So is the dandelion tea. (but I don't like Cardamon). :nah:
Oh, and *joy* I didn't see it had Juniper Berry.
I have allergic issues with it (externally). Hopefully it will be okay.
Since I'm going to digest it and not rub it on my skin.
Dadgumit, I must have skimmed past that this a.m. when I was making my grocery list.
Oh well, too late now...I drank-ted it already.

    Oh, trust me, I won't.
I've only had 2T of ACV in 8oz. of apple juice this a.m., then 2 small glasses of apple juice since.
..and that one cup of tea.
I had some Cream of Wheat earlier. Going to get a shower and try some oatmeal.
That's one of the things it says you can eat.

One thing that I'd read was to not eat until the pain had stopped, well...it's A LOT better than last night, but not completely gone, but I can't see not eating anything...

When I research stuff, I always read at WebMD, and Medicinenet.
You can even check on WebMD if herbals will interact with Rx meds...and I always do.

You can put in a glass of ice water and it goes down better :)
Oh, I put it in apple juice. The article said to take it with that.
But I only did 2T., not the 8T the article said...heck no...no way.
It wasn't good in the apple juice, but I could get it down.
Most folks in the comments said it generally stops the pain for them right away.

Lori after your done with the ACV treatment be sure and eat some good yogurt to replace what you kill on the inside :)
Yeah, might have to get some low fat yogurt. If it is gallbladder, you're supposed to avoid full fat milk.:nah:

My cod is just about thawed:D I'm ready to pig out
DH just made a plate of cheese nachos, it smelled good. But no way could I eat that ATM.
