Dale another thing you might try is call your water Dept and ask for a new water meter with a check valve in it,if your up hill from others and don't have a check in there they might be sucking your tank out when the city water goes off.

Nope, no book ... the modem belongs to wildblue and they would want to make a service call I have one little sheet of paper from them that includes a name and phone number

Fortunately resetting my router fixed it ... sure wish I could remember to try that first Been battling this thing for three days

Yea that it's fixed!!

Been there done the above ^^^^^^ they ruined a brand new tank of mine one time but they paid for it,caught them in the act sucking it dry with a fire truck down the hill from me

I sure wish you did!! I work tomorrow and Friday. Changed it up since I had the Dr. appts.
Some mornings I get here late, and didn't want to take the chance I'd miss you.

We get a form to fill out every year, (at the lake) something about back flow..something or other.
I always have DH fill it out.
