Do you have some of the yeast nutrients?

2 bottles on the way with the yeast,most of the reviews on the yeast say it makes real dry mead so I also ordered some stuff to kill it so I can sweeten it on the back end I'm also thinking about throwing some toasted oak chips in it while it ages

Oh they are if you try a batch you'll be hooked for life I'm way past 100 doz by now

a whole batch is 96 and a half is 48 but I never get that many cause I make them bigger
