Oh, I rarely ever have drainage, or the irritated throat or nausea. Prob just dry sinuses, or allergies...most likely allergies.
Can you check your BP at home? If so, see if it's too low.
Maybe you'll sleep well. . I saw you post at 3:30 ish this a.m.

Not at home, maybe at some store I think doc may have over done it ... it’s the same medicine DH takes and he weighs twice or more what I do

It doesn't go by weight. It goes by your BP levels. Not uncommon for adjustments to be needed.
Maybe have DH call the office before you take more. Definitely try to check it somewhere.
Mine was too low initially.
