it is definitely embarrassing. Dunno what would be worse, police car in driveway or fire truck. Lol
Fingers crossed. Also nervous about the alarm co dropping us as customers. The police had to come out one other time, a year or two ago because someone (NOT ME
) didn’t lock the doors to the deck and we had a wind storm that blew the doors open and set off the alarm. That same wind storm lifted the glass off the the patio table and shattered it. I was furious with DH because I told him he needed to bring the table in for the winter. Can you imagine the look on the police officers face, seeing shattered glass all over the deck.

Hopefully you can knock that list out quickly and still have some down time.
I did figure out the front and garage door are on a timer. So if you open one when the alarm is on, you have a minute or so to punch the code in. There is no timer for the doors that leads out to the deck. So you get what happened to me this morning.
Oh well. Hopefully not a costly lesson to learn.
