The Lurker Thread

Good evening Dale, Duke and lurkers

((((Dale)))) sorry you are so sore. Hope you're taking something for the discomfort.

Wow, Duke, that’s going to be a huge house. So cool you and your mom took a trip together. I would love to do something like that with my mom.

Ohhh thank goodness the week is over. I’m whooped. Turkey burgers, tator wedges and green beans for dinner, shoulda got a pizza or maybe Chinese, or Mexican

Yeah it's a monster of a house. Split in half by a breezeway, two stories with a bridge going over the breezeway, the master bath has a shower that's across a small bridge with a huge cistern below it going to the ground level. It's incredible.

Tater wedges are so good. I like roasting red potatoes with an assortment of spices too. I could live off of potatoes and fish though :hubba:.

Cant figure out dinner for tonight lol Might make a grilled cheese and call it an early night

I have called them greasy cheesies my entire life and now I want one.

Good evening all.

Duke, that's great about having some quality one on one time with your mom, and AWESOME on the new job that will be starting!!

I'm rather frazzled tonight too, very long, very commotion filled day at work. Glad it's done.

Dale, hope you're not in too much pain tonight, and hope you'll be able to sleep.

We had frozen pizza that DH added to. I'd purchased the wrong kind at the grocery store a couple weeks ago.
Three of them. The crust is like cardboard. It wasn't too bad though.
I was hungry, and someone else did the cooking/doctoring up, it was coming out of the oven as I came in the door, so absolutely no complaints here.

Heading off, will try to pop back in, but if I don't, I'll see y'all in the morning. ;)

Commotiony workdays are no fun but coming home to dinner always makes it better :w00t:.

I'm off to spend my night watching cheesy movies with my dog. Goodnight lurkers and if I'm not back around this weekend I hope you all have a good one.

Good afternoon Lurkers , I’ve been sleeping but pain woke me up :glare:
Really, think I’ve had enough? ;)
Having my first cup of joe finally, lukewarm as the doctor ordered :p

Was back home and in the bed by 9 o’clock... told y’all I’d get up, be put to sleep, woke back up and sent home where I walked straight back to bed

Biopsy of a white spot on the roof of my mouth, now I have a big black spot with a stitch back there and a majorly sore throat o_O

Visiting family or just vacationing @Robino1 :)
Visiting family first, then vacation just the two of us. Driving to Yellowstone spending three nights there in a cabin in West Yellowstone. After that, drive to Mount Rushmore and then Crazy Horse monument. Next up, Denver for a couple of nights then fly back home.

Waiting for biopsy test results are a bit worrisome. Here's to getting good news!

Wow!!! That definitely sounds impressive (house) I make Yukon gold wedges with olive oil, garlic, parm and Italian seasonings for kiddo/I and chunks of sweet potato with olive oil and garlic pepper for DH.
Hope you enjoyed your movies. What kind of dog do you have? We have a 9 month old English Bulldog.

Sounds like a lovely trip. Hope you have a wonderful time.

Fair. It’s sore but I’ve not taken any pain medication today so far :)
While I’m glad it hasn’t become sore enough to warrant taking the meds, I agree with Joey, it might be good to stay on top of it for at least for a couple of days while it’s still new.

Laundry started. Waffles for breakfast..no bacon this time. Boys are going to watch the next age group of kids in their soccer playoffs. Will give me some quiet time to get stuff done around here. Hope you all have a fabulous Saturday.

Goodness Joey, it’s almost impossible to get pain medication around here :(
