Good morning all.

Sara, your cookies and meatballs sound wonderful!!

Dale, yea that you didn't have to cook!!

KC, sorry about your truck troubles. :(. Hopefully you get it all worked out soon. :)

Didn't make it back yesterday, just wasn't online much.
When I got to the sofa last night I stitched and vegged out. :)

Definitely not ready for Monday. :(. Ugh.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning, Lurkers:wub:

We had a warm, beautiful weekend. Today it's going up to 90°. That's getting a little warm. At least it should help warm up the pool. Finally got it cleaned up ready for swimming. Yesterday, dw got in and brushed everything down and she said it's still chilly. I'll wait until it hits 78, then I'll get in.
Hope you all have a good Monday.

Good morning Paul  ouch! That’s a little warm for me. Is it humid there this time of year or is it dry heat? I remember when I was in my early 20s, going to Dallas in Feb and the temps were low 80s but I wore pants and was shocked because you can’t wear pants here at that temp. But then again, our 80s occur in the summer months with high humidity. Yay for getting the pool ready

Good morning, Sara:wub: . Right at this present time, our humidity is down, but it's coming back by Thursday, I think I heard. I'd say 98% of the time we have warm weather, we have high humidity. It's so enjoyable when it gets warm and the air is dry. We just don't get much of that.

I agree. Glad it’s not humid now for you. Our humidity is supposed to rise by the end of the week. Hopefully it’s not here to stay already. Enjoy your day, Paul. Lunch is about over.

    It was gooood :w00t:
My step dad made it for us when we were kids. Of course I fell in love it with. Begged him to make it all the time. He would shake his head and say “peaches aren’t in season yet” I was a dumb kid, not knowing exactly when they were in season, somehow I always missed peach season. Years later at my bridal shower, my step gma gave me a couple of her recipes. You guessed it....peach cobbler. Wouldn’t ya know, the recipe called for canned peaches  So I bought a couple of cans put them in a paper bag and gave them to my step dad. I said, “guess what??? Peaches are finally in season!!”:lol::lol::lol:
