More rain today...this time I became a victim of it...when I was leaving the house at lunchtime, as I was going out the door, I slipped on this stupid mat my son had put there...the dang thing just soaks up water and was very slick and the next thing I know, I'm falling on my .... on the concrete...my son had just come home, but he still had his headphones on so he didn't hear me yelling for him...he finally did and came to help me get up...had to go change my clothes because I landed in a puddle of water and was soaked...I didn't break anything, but man am I sore...just getting up and down from a sitting position kills me...and trying to pick anything up from the floor, well that's just not happening...I'm getting too old for this crap!

Yeah well, he hasn't come home yet...the one that helped me get up wasn't the one that put it there...although when he does get here don't think I can kick his .......hurts too much to even move...might get his brother to do it for me though!

So sore and stiff this morning...at first I thought sleeping on the heated bed had helped, but as soon as I tried to bend over for something, or even sit down, I realized that was a huge mistake...I'll be moving slow for a little while I suspect.
