Just the beginning of a meat sauce, ground beef, sweet sausage, pork chops, meatballs. Chopping up a red bell pepper and an onion now to fry up in that pan that cooked all the meat. Will add seasoning and tomato sauce once everything is in the pot to cook for 4 hours

I know, Dale, hope the forecast doesn’t change. It starts warming up Wednesday, although tomorrow should be mid 40s. 60s on Thurs/Fri.
