Hi all my lovely lurkers!
I've really missed you guys! Heard from Lori last weekend and made me realize I've been away for too long. Work has been so super crazy that I just don't have time for much of anything else. Between that and family I'm just too tired in the evenings to bother getting on the computer.
I hope everyone here is doing well. Have I missed anything good?

Sara, Princess is good. She's growing like a weed...I can't believe she's going to be 5 in December.
She still lives with my ex's widow, but it is the perfect situation for them both, and has been great to help them deal with their sorrow. And my son who still lives here makes sure he goes over there every weekend and watches the game with his stepmom. And college boy stays in touch with her on a regular basis too. I know their dad would be proud to know his sons haven't forgotten or ignored her since he's gone. Her and I have even become pretty good friends as well....I'm good too, just tired all the time! ...How are you and the family doing?

I swore when I left my last management job that I didn't want to do that again, and now here I am again. I guess I just thrive on stress!
Actually I really like my job most of the time, but some days I can't decide which drives me crazier - my employees, my clients or my boss!
And as busy as we are, turns out we're going to be moving our offices around the beginning of December (which I know is really going to mess things up for a while)...not really looking forward to that because it means I'll no longer be just 2 miles from my house, although still within 10 miles, but with traffic that equates to almost 30 minutes at the times of day I'll be traveling.
And even though the office will be in a brand new beautiful building and built to suit us (we're actually building them ourselves), I hate that we're going to be on the second floor...the thought of going up and down those stairs several times of day is just dreadful! 
I guess I'll have great legs and .... from all that stair climbing though...that is if I survive!

Oh Angel, so good to hear the update regarding Princess! That does sound like a perfect arrangement for everyone, especially Princess.
Moving to the new building, not so much. Hopefully the good will outweigh the negatives in the end.

Angel, sounds like things are going well with the exception of the move. Gosh, can’t believe Princess is 5 already. I’m glad she is in a good place with family close.
Kiddo is still busy with soccer and starting middle school this year. Time sure does fly. He just turned 11.

Missed your post this morning, was laying down
Had lunch with my parents and then an impromptu appt with the eye doctor. Just realized I was out of contacts. Thank goodness I was able to get in today. I hate wearing my glasses.
