Yep, I ordered some stuff in the beginning of all this and it was 5 shipments for like 7 small things. What a waste. Felt terrible for the fedex guy. I can only imagine what he was thinking.

Well, good news, with all this rain we are getting we won’t have to refill the cover. Mother Nature is doing a fine job for free

We are going to get high winds here also with lower temps also. Temps will remain in the 40’s during the day with night time temps below freezing. I hate this time of year!!

I agree. This part of the year is worse than winter for me. You think it’s going to change and then......BAM....you wake up to freezing temps and or a few inches of snow on the ground.

Yes, such a waste! I finally canceled the last package because it was delayed so long (baking powder that was out of stock).

That’s good news, Fran. Wish we only had the advisory. It’s picking up pretty good now and temps went from 62 to 46. Low tonight will be 32.

My shut in is coming to an end. I have to go in on Wed. There will be a total of 5-7 people there. Still closed to the public but getting enough mail/drop off’s to go in. I’m really upset about this but I know it could be worse. They could be letting customers in. My step dad dropped off a surgical mask to me yesterday so I have that.

Yum! Dinner sounds delicious. We had an unhealthy meal tonight. Philly cheesesteaks (steakums) with mushrooms and onions and wavy Lay’s with French onion dip. Needed to use up the mushrooms/onions and French onion dip before they went bad. Should have saved that for Wednesday night but didn’t think the mushrooms would make it two more days.

It’s all good. I splurged on a large glass of wine. I weighed my options very carefully orange chocolate (it’s one of my faves) or a glass of wine.

Ha! What if my work pants don’t fit on Wednesday I’ve been wearing leggings and sweats for the last month. Suppose I should try some on tomorrow and make sure they fit. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been trying to stay within my goals but when you are homecooking every night and leftovers for lunch lol.
