Hahah. I think the Detroit part maybe came from the auto parts pans the pizza was baked in and the toppings are placed under brick cheese. We don’t have brick cheese, so I cubed mozz. Also I read something about no oil used. But my recipe called for a generous amount of olive oil in the pan. So the crust was like fried. Reminded me slightly of Pizza Hut crust.

Was going to have ribeye for supper but I’ve decided we’d have meatloaf instead. Got some great leftover vegetables to go with it and some fresh squash to sauté.

I like never paint my nails so

Love the color, Shad and I’m super jealous of your nails. While my hair grows like a weed, my nails do not. They are thin and always breaking. I keep them short and rarely polish them. My toes....different story. I have a holographic periwinkle on them currently.
It’s going to be a beautiful day with a lot of sun. I might just get in the pool and go for a swim later.
