In your nightmares
Good morning Joey

Finally went back to bed about 5.
I woke up early also tried to sleep more but I've been wide awake . I ordered 2 new desks, 1 came yesterday after I set it up I asked my daughter how she liked her new school desk. Her eyes lit up "is that for me" I said yes to ease you about being home schooled for awhile. Her chrome book is setup up, going to let her use her moms old computer until it craps out the power supply is starting to go on it.

    Ugh, you too? :(

Oh that’s great, she’ll love having her own place :)

Good morning Dale and Joey

Awwwww. Such a sweet girl you have.

Thanks for the yummy breakfast Dale.

Peach salsa to can today. We ended up with 16 pints of spaghetti sauce. That will not last very long. But it will help. I’m so ready for the canning to be done lol
    Good morning Sara

All that canning is hard work.

    Good evening

Eggplant parm for dinner and another couple freezer meals. Dh picked up this tub of garlic butter a couple weeks ago. Homemade garlic bread using up any older bread/rolls as long as it’s not moldy. I’m loving it. We made garlic bread out of mini sub rolls to go with dinner. :thumb:

6 pints of peach salsa done. Thinking about taking the veggie scraps I have in the freezer, making up some broth and canning that too. What can I not can lol my new hobby ;)

You shame me, I napped all afternoon

‘Walmart sells a little tub of garlic butter in the deli, comes in handy. DH brought home a bunch of bread products yesterday from a job he did, we’re rolling in breads  (free)
We just ate whatever was in the refrigerator, I had a pork chop, salad and toast. DH has eaten twice already o_O

Waiting for the girls to get home before I decide to cook. Not sure if they have eaten yet so I dunno what I will make myself. I have ground beef and hot dogs in the fridge for an easy quick meal. I need to get on some cooking skills with Dannielle and Christina cause she also wants to learn. I have some garlic butter and sub rolls ready to go for garlic bread. The girls looked at the butter and ewwww what's that :w00t::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Woot!! Love all the bread! With garlic butter, even better.

Definitely ready for bed. Zzzz. Can’t stop yawning.

    Sweet dreams

Writing things down? That won’t last long ;)
    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Until she can learn about spices she needs to write down my recipes for cooking. Sue never wrote anything down for marinades so I am learning how to do that myself. BBQ Sue did most of the preparing meats for the grill all by eye now I have to do it. While I have to learn hopefully the girls will too.

Yeah, my mom didn’t teach me to cook either. Made my early years tough. You’ll all learn together and it’ll be more fun :)

Calling it a day, good night Joey

Good morning Dale and Joey

Had hoped to sleep in so I shut my alarm off. Thank you Mother Nature with your annoying light show and thunder boomers :w00t:

Mmm. I could go for some garlic bread right now but I will settle for blueberry waffles and bacon ;)

I had limited cooking skills when I got married. I could make basic foods: chicken breast in the oven, spaghetti and meatballs, scrambled eggs. Definitely have broadened my horizons watching cooking shows and trying recipes over the years. I prefer recipes with videos. Still learning how to use spices and yeast.

    Hiya Sara
I have been watching Diners Drive-ins and Dives a lot lately to get ideas. What videos do you watch??

PSUs are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. Check out Newegg. Probably find one for less than 50 bucks as long as you don't opt for top of the line.

    Edited to add.

If you do go this route, make sure that the replacement is equal to or higher wattage than the original.
