You got one? You can bake potatoes in them? How long does it take?
Yep I have the one Sara has :) I have the setting on air fry and the temp set at 390f 25 mins on 1 side than flip over for another 20 mins. I coated them with a little bit of oil and salt before cooking :)

Good morning Sara, Dale and handsome Lurkers

The potatoes came out a little over cooked, they were good tho . Next time I am going to reduce the temp to 350 degrees for 50 minutes :)

    Good evening lurkers

Yeah, definitely a curve. But the more you use it the easier it is. One tip for things that aren’t in there super long, stay close by and just watch for the food to change color and then flip. Also I have heard the temp can be off (on the higher end)

Well, I was hoping for a nice quiet evening but when I walked in the door I was greeted by a humid house, loud country music and a DH prepping for........more salsa. I came around the couch to find another bushel of romas. Zomg! :w00t::facepalm:

He loves his salsa o_O and I think he’s worried once flu season hits and another wave of covid, he won’t be heading to the store to get his beloved low sodium salsa. hope you like super hot salsa lol he added jalapeños w seeds to it :evil:

Ugg, bet he’s tired if he got home late. We did some pizza logs and fries in the air fryer. No room or time to be cooking.

I want an air fryer but I'm cheap
and at the moment in this stupid apartment there's no more counter space in the kitchen, the kitchen is rather small, more of a walk in closet....between the microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, ninja blender, and countertop dishwasher there's no more space for anything else

Yum! The hotter the better ;) Hope it’s thick and not that runny stuff.
We had thick pork chops marinated and coated with panko, field peas with green beans, mac n cheese and baked potatoes.

I hear ya. We replaced our toaster oven with it. I didn’t want another appliance. So ours is a combo toaster oven/air fryer. When this one dies, I would definitely get another of it’s kind.

Yum!! What do you marinate your chops in?

We haven’t gotten it down pat just yet. Salsa. The last 3x it was the same recipe, but the first batch he scorched and while he claims not to notice, I can tell and the stockpot was a total pain to get clean. The next time I was home and made sure to stir every couple minutes but with all the other stuff we were doing, it was THICK when we canned. A little too thick for my liking but not scorched. This time, he’s straining but I’m guessing it’s because he started late and didn’t feel like waiting any longer for it to reduce.

    Sweet dreams
