oooh look at those purty legs :) adore the pink!! And definitely interested in the fan. I have one under my desk at work that I use year round and was thinking one would be nice for the treadmill.

Hahah Dale, you taking lessons from me? I’m the queen of missing that post reply button.

I do love the color green but I’m not Irish and my drinking days are mostly over lol

Hope everyone had a lovely day!!

I have no idea if I have any Irish in me and I really don't care. Green is not one of the colors I gravitate towards. I did not wear green today and not a darn soul pinched me.

I have already changed to the Easter theme on my phone, tablet, laptop and garden flag at the mailbox.

It is Friday night and the only thing exciting that happened to me was I found some cheese in the fridge that I didn't know I had. I also cleaned the kitchen sinks. It was running a tiny bit slow so I plunged it. It seems to be working better. If not, dad made me run the snake down just about every drain in this house. There is also a product called Thrift T-600. It is absolutely amazing stuff. A plumber recommended it so that should tell you it is good.

Yay! I had everything I needed to get dad's taxes done and the GPS woman guided me right to the place. I had a ball cutting up with the woman who prepared them and their coffee is exceptional. She is supposed to call me for lunch one day. I hope she does. It cost $479 to get them done but she gave me a 30% discount so it was only $334. So nice of her.

After the taxes were done, I headed to the gym even on a rainy day. I did not walk quite as fast as I usually do but I got my 10,225 steps in today and that was my goal. I also finished a book there. It was a good day in spite of the rain.

Well, since my Friday night was so exciting, I am not sure what I can do tomorrow night to top it.

Just how young was that young man? :sneaky:
I would guess around early 30's because he looked about the same age as my son. Now if he had been 25 years older, I might have had something more exciting than eating cheese tonight.

I always did when I worked. I could not do the treadmill without it or walking outside if it is really hot. I especially like it because it uses 18650 batteries which I always on hand.

Enjoy your Saturday Lurkers.

I've had my coffee and wound the grandfather clock so if I don't do anything else today, I'm good with that.

    Hey Lurkers,
been back to work this week after last week's vacation. Still managed to hunt one Geocache a day, every day, (or night) and found a bunch today, in blistering cold, windy and teeny tiny snow. Nothing like the NE, but bracing does not even come close. It's hard trying to wrangle a pen, misty glasses and a silly small piece of logbook paper in 15mph winds when you're already shivering LOL. I ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT. So good to be back out hunting. Anxiety prevented me from attending the monthly Geocachers gathering, but I'll manage that in time.
Other than that, it's been a pretty "normal" week: Catching up with my delivery customers, getting into the rhythm of my workdays and holding myself back from buying the Pixel smartwatch... I've been having (user induced) issues with my Samsung Gear S3, and was convinced that the only solution was a new watch. Instead, I got a bit nerdy, dove deep into the settings and found the problem.
Even better was that I remembered I'm a junior watch collector, so instead of a smart watch, today I wore one of my favorites:

Since the gym is closed today, I decided I would do all my walking yesterday so I had 20,737 steps. I will let you know if it was a good idea when I wake up. I am 99.9% sure I will be okay since I walk so much.

I fixed another big bowl of chicken salad. I did not really want to eat it over a salad so I called my aunt and asked her if she had some white bread. She did so I took it down there and ate with her again. She raved about it and said it was the best she had ever had. Hard to believe she had never put grapes in hers. I put whatever is in the fridge. Today's was onion, celery, pickles, sunflower seeds, boiled eggs, some bacon bits and red grapes. I also put garlic and chili powder in just about everything I make. It ends up being rather filling.

After we got finished, I decided I wanted another ice-cream cone from Chick-Fil-A so I asked her and I swear she had her shoes on before I could blink. heehee I was too full to argue so I let her buy mine tonight and I did NOT get a drink with ice.

Their soft serve is only $1.69 which is the most reasonably priced item on their whole menu.

I am still full from supper but I am already looking forward to Sunday breakfast.

    Hugs to you all.
