Quiet one for me. Did some cleaning, put away the Halloween decor and put up Thanksgiving. Gosh, I can’t believe there are only a few more weeks left for 2023. Crazy.

Made a new snack today. Cottage cheese pizza bowl  It had cottage cheese, marinara sauce, seasonings, mozz cheese and pepperoni. Microwaved for a minute and a half. I really liked it. :)

Don’t forget to turn the clocks back tonight!

Good evening Sara. Quiet day for me also. Your cottage cheese pizza bowl sounds like something that would make me gag  We had turkey loin and a broccoli cheese omelette. I enjoyed the omelette ;)

Yeah that time change snuck up on me this time, just found out about it today

It doesn't sound very appealing, Dale, but it reminded me of a lasagna with pepperoni and no noodles. When we were kids my mom used cottage cheese instead of ricotta in her lasagna a few times.

I really wish they would do away with the time change.

Dh picked up some mushroom ravioli the last time he was at Aldi’s, so we had that with a salad for dinner. I think we’ll be buying that again, it was really good and cheap. Off to watch a Christmas movie. Enjoy your evening

NY would take everything out of your wallet and then make you run to the ATM for more :lol::lol:
We were very pleased. I still think it was because he looked like Hulk Hogan.

There was $190 court cost also but glad it is not like it could have been if we lived there.
I just learned that if you eat a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats
I like those and I used to eat them when I was walking. Maybe I need to get back to eating those to help my iron issue. I know why I am tired tonight and it is because I worked all day doing laundry and cleaning. I even changed the sheets.

I am so glad I got on tonight and got your reminder. I was thinking it was next weekend. I hate it getting dark so early.

I love Aldi's. I shop there more than I do WallyWorld. I have never heard of most of the brands they carry but I swear, I have been pleased with everything I have tried.

Even they have gone up in prices like everyone else but still spend less than I do everywhere else. I feel sorry for you having to feed a family. I remember how much my kids ate.

We had a great time with Sharon and the two Ken's.

It took a long time for the food last night but that was okay with me because we had time to cut up and catch up.

Sharon had met my Ken one time but this was the first time her Ken had met him and they hit it off just like I knew they would. They both tell korny jokes. heehee When Ken went outside to smoke, he told me he really like him. I guess I have their blessing. A little weird since I dated her brother but it did not seem to matter.

We had ribs again. It was okay with me because they are so good. Sharon and Kenny got two different chicken wraps which I had never tried before. I will try them next time I go there. There were huge. They each could only eat half. I don't even think I could eat a whole one. They were that big and just loaded with chicken. Yum.

After supper, they had to go to Hobby Lobby. We went to a bar I have been to several times and there was a band playing live. They were all older people but they were good and I enjoyed listening to them. They played til 11 and that is when we left. Ken had had several beers last night. He was not drunk or anything like that but I told him I was going to drive home. He said that was a good idea. I thought so too. I only eat ice there and I am not a drinker so it works out nicely.

I saw the man that Ken helped put my ac unit in a while back. He could not believe my vehicle had been stolen either. Did not get to talk to him too much because he was at the little betting machine. I am not even sure what they call them. I have never played them. I like my money too much.

Saturday night and we just stayed home. Ken started watching the series Viking. It was okay. A little too much beheading for me.

It must be pretty good because it has a bunch of seasons for us to walk.

Hope everyone has a peaceful Sunday. Since I did so much long overdue housework yesterday, I think I will take a day of rest.

Good morning Dale and Fran

Thank you for breakfast and the positivity!! :)

Rat2, glad you had a wonderful time with friends! A day of rest sounds perfect. I have a few things to do but that’s my plan too. Aldi’s is definitely worth it for the things we buy weekly.

Hope you all have a great day!!

    Hiya, Dale

uh oh, does that mean you have to re log in to everything you use?

Well, I sure as heck wish I had started eating the mini wheats sooner. A bowl of those combined with all the other things I ate today put me at 130% of my goal  Rat2, you definitely need to pick up a box. I'll eat them a couple times a week and see if that helps me to be less tired.

We had pork tenderloin, broccoli and microwavable baby potatoes with a brown butter/garlic seasoning packet.

Hope the rest of your evening goes well. I have to work tomorrow and then I'm off the rest of the week. Woot! My annual deep fall cleaning week to prepare for hosting the holidays. Sweet dreams :wub"

Yes to my annoyance it did mean re-logging in everywhere and re-setting my letter size everywhere.
Good news all around for you , I know you will enjoy staying home this week.

Good night Sara, sleep well
