I’ve never been a fan of sloppy Joes Sara , our Supper was tri-tip roast cooked in the slow cooker, gravy from the drippings , potatoes and broccoli.

Not a fan of sloppy Joe’s either, only way I could eat that is an open face sandwich. I made fried shrimp for dinner at home, wasn’t any left to take to work. I ordered shrimp empanadas for lunch at work

Hey Joey I didn’t know shrimp empanadas were a thing The only experience I have of empanadas is a crispy cinnamon coated pastry filled with apples , so good!

Definitely not something I want to have every week, but they were alright enough to keep a can on hand for something quick.

I've never heard of shrimp empanadas either. But they sound good.

Dinner tonight is help yourself to what's in the fridge. I had some frozen mini pancakes with a banana. Kiddo had to stay after and then go back to school for something. Dh just went to get him and then they are off to their haircut appt.

I just went to work today, had some pre-cooked bacon in the freezer so DH cooked some eggs and biscuits and that was supper.

Made frozen pizza for dinner tonight, I woke up late no time to cook anything else. Going to get tacos for lunch.

I have been waking up late a lot this month, leaves me no time to cook also no ambition too!! I have frozen meals my daughter can make for herself.

Well, I have not been very busy this week. My knee started hurting Sunday and got worse as the week progressed. Finally, I called the doctor yesterday and they suggested the emergency after-hours clinic of an orthopedist.

She removed almost 2 tubes of fluid (which did help) but she suspects I have a meniscus tear.

I wake up every time I move so I'm sleeping less than normal. I hope it feels better today. I go back in a week. The bad news is I have to wait 6 weeks for insurance to cover the MRI she wants to do. That makes no sense to me. Then again, a lot of things confuse me.

I am just going to take it easy. It has been a while since I did that.

Shopping done, gotta start some laundry and get to cleaning.

Sorry you aren't sleeping well, Joey. Dale, how's work going? Rat2, I'm sorry about your knee. Hope you can find some relief and the next 6 weeks go by quickly for you to get the mri. Ridiculous that you have to wait that long.

Not much new here. Weather has been a roller coaster. We hit a record on Halloween with the temps in the 70s. Today it's 42. Sky is gray and most of the leaves have fallen.

Good afternoon. My knee is much, much better than it was. Now it is manageable. Maybe they were wrong about the tear and it will keep getting better. I have not been doing much though. Just in case. It still feels like there is something wrong with it but atleast I put dad's walker away. heehee

Last night we went to the Moose Lodge but we were too late to get the flounder for supper. Tonight they are having crusted tuna over wasabi. Sounds good so we are going back there again tonight. Perry won $72 on those machines but our luck will run out. His brother bought a scratch off yesterday and it won him $200. That's a good way to start the day.

We have been having some nice weather. Only 71 today. It would have been a good day to take a motorcycle ride.

Work is going okay Sara, the extra money is nice to see . Poor Rachel is about to pop though, can’t hardly wait to meet that little boy.
It’s been cloudy here all day but no rain so far, we have a few more days with chances though. Temperatures have been in the 60’s and 70’s so that’s perfect to me.

Glad your knee is feeling better Rat2!

Going to have McDonald’s tonight, this gal is too tired to cook.
