Yeah I’m good, just tired from work. Hope you are also granny Hopefully we will be done with the schedule this week so we can have a 5 day work week and weekends off again.

I understand, I’m experiencing some tiredness of my own from the little bit of work I’ve been doing. Or maybe I need to have some medications changed since I finally completely quit smoking thanks to God. My blood pressure has dropped drastically which is a wonderful thing but I suspect I am heavily over medicated for it now.

Fingers crossed your 5 day weeks start soon!.

Going to try and see the doctor again today, he was out sick Monday. Need to see what’s going on with my blood pressure.

Well my doctor was over the moon with my blood pressure reading but I’m still stuck with all the medication for now. He says my body has to readjust to a more normal blood pressure and that’s probably what the fatigue is about.

That stinks about your meal, Rat2. I know how you feel about the steps. I haven't walked since May. Still having issues with my heel. My own fault for not getting to the dr. I'm a huge procrastinator.

Enjoyed my time off, went back for a full day today and I'd would have rather been at home watching Christmas movies and snuggling with Lucy
