I’ll take your 63. We got 2-3 inches of heavy wet slop. Kiddo and I went out to shovel and Dh took Lucy back to the ophthalmologist for the corneal ulcer. Thank goodness it is healed and we don’t have to make another appt. Just have to finish up the meds/drops.
Gonna rest for a bit, drink my coffee and then start baking. Hoping to get haystacks, pb blossoms and maybe some choc chip done.
Mornin' y'all. Might have to turn on the AC by the end of the week. 72 right now and supposed to hit 78. Could use the rain, but at least we're not freezing our cahones.
Pretty sure we’ll be using the a/c Christmas Day .
I decided to make some chocolate covered peanut butter cookies after supper so was busy with that and cleaning up. Cleanup wasn’t bad as we decided to eat leftovers again , tomorrow I’ll have a prepare something though.
Bought some broccoli at the store today, planning to make broccoli salad, I love that stuff.
Who'd a thunk that it's almost warm enough to jump into the pool?
Not gonna happen, though. Nights have been cool enough to lower the water temp a LOT! However, if temps stay like this for the remainder of winter, I'm not going to complain one single bit!
I'm not wild about the temps climbing into the 80s (or higher), but if it stayed in the 60s and 70s year round, you wouldn't hear me complaining at all.
I'd take the heat over the cold any day. Once it hits the 50s or lower, I hurt.
