uwell Caliburn G4 PRO KOKO 35W Pod System. I tried to find how to buy the Foretex, but couldn't find it anywhere. View attachment 1035874​

Perry said he likes the boxy look of his disposables. Anything to keep him vaping.

Not seeing any reviews on ECF. There are several forum suppliers advertising it, though. I've never used a UWell product so I can't really say one way or the other if it's decent or not. Looks interesting enough, but too boxy for my tastes. I prefer the "slim" pod systems. Easier to toss in the shirt pocket if you have one.

Great news on the eye reports Rat2!

Going to have to get to bed a little early tonight, watching the kids tomorrow, good night all.

Good morning, all!

I can't believe I am saying this, but they are predicting a big snowstorm here this weekend . I have to admit I am sort of excited about it because it has been so long since we have had a good snow. I am talking years.

They're predicting the apocalypse here. Possibly 1-2 inches of ice starting Friday, changing to snow on Saturday. The snow I'm not worried about. But if we get that much ice, we're sure to lose power. Shades of 2021 all over again.

We’ve got bad weather possible Friday- Sunday too, today is warmer and raining, so happy to see that.

Yeah retired I worry about ice too, we spent 3 days in a powerless house once due to ice. Couldn’t get out . I convinced DH to let me buy a small generator this year so not so worried.

I hate it when they're predicting the apocalypse. Some people start driving like it's already here. Don't know how many idiots I came up on last night coming home that were doing 20-25 mph UNDER the speed limit in a 70 mph zone.

High of nearly 60 here today, 43 tomorrow before the temps start to plummet into the cellar. Schools haven't said they're cancelling, but my school already declared an early day with everyone clearing out of the building by 4pm.

They've started to scale back the predicted accumulation totals, which is a good thing. Still worried about the ice, as even a thin accumulation plays havoc with the power. The power here will flick off at the barest hint of severe weather. It's asinine, as the power across the street will still be on. Don't know what it is about our block, but it gets old really quick.

Welp, the fun and games are due to start tomorrow at 6pm according to Accuweather. Once we dip into the deep freeze, they're saying we won't thaw out until Tuesday. Monday will most likely be declared a snow day.

Well, we are expecting bad weather too. Perry has 4x4 and says he's going to work. Not me! I will keep my big tookus inside nice and warm. In fact, I'm warm now because. I am on my heatingvibrating pad. My bones are telling me it is going to do something.

I have to share this. Perry's son bought a pup from the ASPCF . I had no idea that it cost $300. It is a good cause, though. This dog was born with one eye. They named him Popeye.

This dog is so ugly that he is cute. I can't wait to see him in person.
Awww. He actually looks like a Popeye.

The last time I checked, ours was supposed to start today, but who knows? I was tossing and turning because I couldn't get situated, so I went ahead and got up at 4:30 to avoid waking Perry.

I also went to bed with a bad headache. Not sure what is up with that because I rarely get them. I have been doing extremely well on my eating healthy this week so it may be from chocolate withdrawal.

I thought so too. At first, I said they should name him Jack (one-eyed Jack) but after seeing the picture, I agree, he does look like a Popeye.

Another funny thing. The nurse called to give me my bloodwork results, and she said the doctor was pleased that the Crestor was working because my cholesterol was now normal and down 39 points. I laughed and told the nurse I never bought the prescription, and all I was doing was taking Red Yeast Rice. My iron was on the very low side of normal. I've been taking iron supplements every now and then, but I have been using my cast iron skillet alot. The nurse at the Red Cross told me that it would help mine. She also said to get some children's Flintstone Vitamins with extra iron. Guess I need to get some more of those.

That’s quite interesting about the supplement you are using, might have to look into that myself.
