Is the screw treaded into the Lexan tank? What I'm wondering is if it will strip out the tank? Oh it sounds like the screw is also plastic of some sort. I guess when I see one I'll know.

Might work well, could be a pita to fab, need glue that is ok with eliquid, food safe.
Interesting to do a random test, how many cycles of unscrewing and screwing before the threading is toast. How many cycles should it hold up for?
GreatIt is plastic on plastic the screw will give out first it is softer ! and they are cheap and easy to replace .

Which one? There's three videos there.
BTW I will be sending an EXTRA screw and 2 o-rings per order , these will be part of the Tank when purchased
I did mention fused quartz.Well they've mentioned Lexan, Pyrex, Syringes cut off, etc. so I guess I'll be the one to mention Quartz.
Are you talking about the filler screw or is there a screw holding the tank together somewhere?
If you tighten the screw too much it will lift the cap on the screw side a little bit. this could cause issues with use so keep an eye on that.
