I've been chatting with @plumeguy in the alley, the vendor claimed it was a red Virginia based NET.
I've always thought that mature red Virginias have less of the 'grassy' or 'earthy' taste than the blond Virginia, but tastes do vary.

Yeah, that's important to note. The only single leaf Virginia I tried was an Organic Canadian Virginia Flue Cured from Leaf Only.

Sutliff Chocolate Truffle - Pipes and Cigars

Extracted (by @Bronze ) - Winter of 2020
Mixed @15% (30/70 w/10mg nicotine) - 3/8/2021

Bronze said he got no flavor from this, and I waited too long to try, so I upped the NET percentage to 15%.Testing this with an Achilles dripper on a ProVape P3 at 12W.
Very mild and very sweet. Advertised as a a standard Virginia, Burley and Cavendish, I am guessing pressed blond Virginia, white Burley and black Cavendish. Nothing offensive about it, just a mild and very sweet tobacco base. There is a top note of cocoa and a hint of almond. The Cavendish and the cocoa take a very subtle lead, and the Burley might assist the almond undertone.
This selection makes for a good morning vape to be enjoyed with morning coffee, as I am doing now. Bumping the wattage up to 15W, I get a very slight increase in tobacco flavor. This could be something a higher voltage (cloud chaser) might get more enjoyment out of. Probably not strong enough to be an all-day vape or an after dinner vape. But it is a mild and sweet, unoffensive aromatic with a chocolate/ almond top note.

I'm glad to find this thread still open. Been off the NETs a while...mostly because I grew tired of constantly dry burning and rewicking. But i'm rejuvenated and back into it since I eventually found a source for ethanol...and a fantastic affordable international shipping option from Smokingpipes.
I'm hoping to soon join and give some feedback (as much as my toasted taste buds allows) on tobaccos that is in the post atm.

Russ' Nation's Capital - Pipes and Cigars

Extracted (Heated Ethanol) - Feb 2021
Mixed @10% (30/70 w/10mg nicotine) - 3/20/2021

Years ago, as a tobacco pipe smoker, I would take Admiral's Choice Cherry Cavendish and Admiral's Choice Vanilla Cavendish, mix the two together, and add a thin slice of an apple to my pouch to reduce the bite that an unfiltered pipe would often provide.
pipesandcigars.com offers Russ Ouellette's Nation's Capital, named after the cherry blossoms that bloom in the spring in Washington D.C. Using Heated Ethanol extraction, the extract and the e-liquid are both darker than the cold macerated extracts I usually produce.
This selection is advertised as a Black Cavendish aromatic that has dark cherry and caramelized vanilla top notes. Vaping in a Achilles dripper on a P3 ProVari set at 13W, I immediately pick up on the soft cherry top note. The Black Cavendish and the Vanilla form a baseline for the mild, smooth Cherry flavor to preform on. This selection is not as deep or as strong as Decatur Black Cherry, nor does it have the cough-drop cherry flavor of Lane Very Cherry. This is an inoffensive cherry flavor with enough sweetness to enjoy, and just enough tobacco baseline to make it interesting. Those looking for stout, robust flavors might be disappointed by this selection, but I find it mild and just enough flavor to keep in the rotation.
And the flavor is very reminiscent of the Cherry - Vanilla blend of Cavendish tobaccos I smoked for years.

Anything noteworthy to say about the heated ethanol extraction compared to cold maceration beyond the color?

Too early to tell, but it has been said top notes are retained longer when using heated ethanol extracts rather than cold maceration.

Hearth & Home Signature Caramel Apple Pie - Pipes and Cigars

Extracted (Heated PGA/ VG) - Feb 2021
Mixed @ 10% (30/70 w/ 10mg nicotine) - 3/20/2021

Well, they can't all be great...
pipesandcigars.com claims a few years back they created a program called "Fusion Labs" where they encouraged their customers to create their own blends and vote on which was the best. Home & Hearth Caramel Apple Pie was the winner. Red Virginias and Black Cavendish topped with mild apple and a hint of caramel.
I remember from my pipe smoking days that an apple tobacco is usually mild and sweet with little 'bite'. But this tobacco does not lend itself to flavor extraction. Much like citrus tope notes, the 'apple' flavoring turned bitter during the extraction process. This actually worsens what appears to be a cheap tobacco blend. There is no hint of caramel, or vanilla or sweetness. It must be buried deep beneath the dissatisfaction of a cheap tobacco blend turned bitter by the inability of the fruit topping to translate to a liquid extraction.
The only thing that saves this selection from being a total 'gag inducer' is that it is extremely mild. A medium bodied tobacco this putrid would really suck.
After so many successful extractions from Home & Hearth (Louisiana Red, Anniversary Kake, Virginia Spice, Midtown Chestnut, and others) I am disappointed in the failure of this selection to produce anything better.

Russ' Fudge Cake - Pipes and Cigars

Extracted (Heated PGA/VG) - Feb 2021
Mixed @ 10% (30/70 w/10mg nicotine) - 3/20/2021

A White Burley and Black Cavendish base makes for a subtle tobacco, almost unnoticeable it is so far in the background. The star of this selection is the Chocolate top note, and it does not disappoint. Caught between a Cocoa and a Dark Chocolate, this selection is not overly sweet. The Black Cavendish adds a minimal sweetness, while the Burley keeps it grounded as a mild tobacco flavor. But these are just role players - the Chocolate is front and foremost. It is a true chocolate flavor that leaves one licking their teeth and lips to get that last little taste of it. This is not a sweet confectioner's chocolate taste but more like a Hershey's Dark Chocolate with Almonds flavor.
Anyone interested in a mild chocolate tobacco should at least give this one a try.

The dark chocolates are the only ones that I've been able to mimic. That's pretty much what most DIYers say. Dark chocolate or tootsie roll.

Not that I have tried, but have you ever tried adding a small amount of caramel, or a small amount of butterscotch to sweeten the chocolate ?

Cornell & Diehl Crooner - Pipes and Cigars

    Extracted (Heated PGA/VG) - Feb 2021
    Mixed @ 10% (30/70 w/10mg nicotine) - 3/20/2021

After several successful Cornell & Diehl extractions, I thought I would give Crooner a try. Advertised as a favorite of the late Bing Crosby, this White cube cut Burley has the herb Deer Tongue added.
This is more of a strait forward tobacco taste, no top note or casing. Just smooth Burley. The taste of Deer Tongue is an add-on, but an interesting one. It provides a lightly sweet flavor with an occasional hint of minty herb. But the body and strength of this selection is the White Burley, smooth and earthy on the inhale, with a nutty taste on the exhale. Some of the reviews I've read claim a slight vanilla taste from the Deer Tongue, but I haven't picked up any. I am just getting perhaps the best quality Burley I've tried so far, with a slight twist from Deer Tongue.
Burley Lovers, like our friend @Bronze, should give this a try.

    Anybody extracted some of this...?
    Seattle Pipe Club 2oz - smokingpipes.com
Not exactly on the milder side (I think), so excuse me for putting it up here...NET threads are scares these days.
I've been looking for this for some time, and eventually got some ordered.

I usually don't do Latakia blends, prefer something a little milder. But the tobaccos listed seem interesting. The Virginia and the Black Cavendish would sweeten the blend, and the Orientals should smooth it out. A lot will depend on how much Perique and Latakia are added.
tobacco reviews.com shows this to be a medium bodied, well liked blend. And pipesandcigars has it as a medium-full bodied blend with a very favorable rating.
Let us know your impressions once your have extracted it. As you said, there aren't many NET threads open these days, maybe someone would like to hear about it.

Cornell & Diehl Haunted Bookshop - Pipes and Cigars

    Extracted (heated PGA/VG) - Feb 2021
    Mixed @ 10% (30/70 w/10mg nicotine) - 3/20/2021

Offered by Cornell & Diehl, blended by the late Master Blender Bob Runowski, this offering is highly rated at both tobaccoreviews.com and pipesandcigars.com
After enjoying C&D's Three Friars, I thought I would try another Virginia/ Burley/ Perique offering. But this is an entirely different blend. BURLEY first (!). This is a Burley lovers tobacco. The nutty, earthy tasty of the Burley is smooth as butter, and is front and center stage. The Virginia is in the background, only there to slightly sweeten the blend. No grassy taste, so I am guessing Red Virginia. Only pick up on a slight spicy taste occasionally, so the Perique is there but way in the back. The Burley is for real, making this easily a medium bodied flavor. Often described as "old codger Burley" on reviews, it is very much a flavorful vape.
If you like Burley, you seriously should try this one.
