I assume you're a daily rewicking pain but worth the effort, I don't make it easy for myself as I use the large Ragnar rdta in series 1 ohm at 7volts dual coil to get the full flavour, It's a bit cloudy so outside only use.

Still using RM2's, single coil. Change out the wick/ dryburn the coil every two or three days.

So... One Fifth of 190 Proof Everclear mixed 50/50 with VG is enough to prepare 11 half-pint Mason Jars for Heat Extraction. The first six are slowly warming in the crockpot, which I've tested and it tops out at 160*F overnight when set on "Keep Warm".
The 12th jar was Midtown Chestnut, which I already enjoy through Cold Maceration, so I prepped that one with PG for a three month cold nap.

So.. after several Conversations with individuals more knowledgeable than myself ....
I have decided that a backup plan in needed just is case my first attempt at heated ethanol extracts come out tasting like chlorophyll.
Another 12 Mason Jars, and 12 more tobaccos on order, including a few new-to-me blends (Frenchys Sunzabithches ? Vermont Meat Candy ?) including a couple aromatics and a VaPer that I have never tried before.
I am going to wind up with way more extract than I could ever use....

MEAT candy??

Home & Hearth blends a sweet maple top-note Cavendish with a Fire-cured Kentucky that is hung over smoldering hickory wood. The Hickory smoke is similar to how some bacon is cured, added to the maple flavor of the Cavendish. Kinda like dipping your bacon in the maple syrup on your pancakes. Supposedly.....

This one sounds like it's in my wheelhouse.

I thought it was funny when you mentioned it in the Random thread, but now I'm kind of interested.

Easy. I haven't even got the order yet, and it will take three months to extract.
But it does sound interesting.

I will be extracting this next order via Cold Maceration with PG, like I always have before.
The Heat Extracts from four weeks ago have had the tobaccos removed, and went into the chest freezer (top shelf, 0*F) this afternoon. I will be freeze filtering those next weekend.
