Didn't taste like a Starbuck's Frappuccino to me. But then I'm not big on five pawns either. Just have a different flavor profile. Good thing there's enough juice makers for anyone to find a flavor they like.

I love Starbuck's frozen frappucino's. The KVM tastes a lot like those. A creamy, rich, complex coffee milkshake.

"This just might be my favorite flavor I've ever created! It's sweet, creamy and buttery with notes of caramel and rum all balanced out by a nice strong shot of Kona espresso! It's so smooth and smells so good, I've had non-vaping friends try to grab it out of my hand to try it! Warning: highly addictive!" -- Organic Kona Velvet Milkshake E-liquid | Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

I was going to order some a few days ago and there was a notice that this flavor may not be in stock for a matter of months (one of the essential ingredients has to steep for months). It looks like it is NOW IN STOCK. Ordering tonight!

I got the same plastic taste from Evods too. I bought 8 of them thinking I would like them. Just couldn't get rid of the plastic taste. I've learned not to stock up until I try at least one first. I still use ProTanks and like the easy factor.

Talking about ProTanks reminds me of a vape shop converting all the testers to them At least it's much better than Evods. I swear everytime I taste juice on an Evod it tasted plasticy.

I find it easy to build coils for a Sophia or ProTank. If Todd can do it with his big hands, I'm sure you could too.

Can't bring myself to try cartos. I like fiddling too much; and the scuba whatever it is,SOPHIA , i keep hearing about would probably drive me nuts with my bear paw fingers.

Woohoo!! Congrats Shari!! Awesome news!! Yep, you deserve something new. Glad the floor is done too.

I made it to my one year vape anniversary! One whole year without a cigarette! Amazing. I celebrated by buying 4 more 18490 AW batteries for my Provari Minis and several bottles of Ahlusion juice. Still thinking about that Black Edition Kayfun Lite at Custom Mods. I will probably break down and get it.

My kitchen hardwood finally came out beautiful. But dear husband made an executive decision and had him do a semi gloss finish instead of the satin I wanted. Told him he would have to run around the kitchen 10 times a day and wipe up the footprints. I won't do it every second. lol

I have gotten out my old pro-tanks over the last week, to test flavors with, but have not bought any thing new sense I got my kfl's

kas

I cleaned my side/vape table yesterday, put all but 2 of my PT2's and mini's away, cleaned up and marked all the boxes. I emptied all the old juice bottles and cleaned them to use for DIY.
Now all the old stuff is out of site and has a temporary home, I really want a vape cupboard. I haven't used anything other than my Kayfuns, various drippers, and ProVari's since February. It was nice to a neater tabletop again.
I bought a Tugboat Thursday to go along with my Cana/Chana Modz, 5 premium juices, and 2 DIY B&M juice for dripping.
I also used my eBay bucks and bought 3 colored MTanks for my Kayfuns.

I even found 2 Zippo lighters and 2 metal Bic lighter cases and my original 2 cig-a-likes I bought in 2009! :)

I know, I thought I would die with a cigarette in my hand. I can not believe that I have not smoked a cigarette for a year. I do not even want one anymore, no matter how stressed I get over life events. But I vape like a fiend.

I bought the fixins to start do it yourself juices over the last few months and tried to make a clone for my Caramel Pear Black Tea. Barely vapable for a first try. When my kitchen remodel is done I am going to play with DIY more and see if I can make some flavors I can vape and enjoy. I can not afford Ahlusion juice at the 9ml or more I go through in the course of a single day. I could have bought another Provari or a couple of real Kafuns for the money I am spending. My problem is that I like complex flavors. Figures.

Let me know I have some recipes for a few deserts (I think) that might be pretty simple for you, I really like fruits better because I only have to change my cotton weekly on my 4 KF's.
You might want to look at this website for recipes: http://.................... you can sign up and have other recipe ideals from people who share them.
I usually take pics of my recipes on my mini iPad so I have it handy when I'm mixing.

I think DIY is a lot like cooking it takes lots of practice.
Good luck!

Thanks. I will check out that link. I am a pretty fussy vaper. I am thinking that I might have better luck trying to come up with a sweetened flavored tobacco vape, something like a caramel tobacco. I have several TFA flavors to play with so it will be mad scientist time in a month or so. I will figure something out.

My problem is that I do not like single flavors and most of the fruit vapes I have tried. It seems that I like the more complex flavors and of course those are the hardest to make yourself. Figures. I never do anything easy.

Battery choice for the provari seems limited. I ordered a RCR18650PD button top Panasonic and it wasn't long enough. What batteries are people using? Only thing I have working is AW 2000 ma.

AW batteries work......I run eFest it is what my local shop carries no problems here from them and easy to get... it is button top tho

I only use the strongly recommended AW's, which give you 4 options - the 350, 490, the 650 1600mAh & the 650 2000mAh. Since the Provari itself has it's amp limit, there's no sense buying the more expensive 20A+ batteries for them. Depending on how hot you run it, you may get better run time with the 1600mAh 650.

Thank you. I had a hard first month or so and then a lot of over nic'd sleepless nights so I would not smoke. People here on ECF kept me semi-sane. lol

I love Ahlusion. Most of the flavors I find I have to steep for at least 2 weeks. Here is my never empty must have stash list:

Caramel Pear Black Tea - 3 week steep (all are 12mg, 30vg, 70pg)-tastes just like it's name. Lovely.

Smooth Criminal - 5 week steep-this is the best tobacco I have ever had, better than Boba's Bounty for me. Slightly spicy/sweet mid range tobacco.

Just Criminal - just a 1 week steep. It is a marriage of Chocolate Cream and Smooth Criminal. Like a milk chocolate infused tobacco.

Chocolate Cream - couple of months steep. Before that for me it tastes a little chemically. It is like a milk chocolate mousse.

Carmel Wildwood - one week steep. Carmel tobacco with a smokey finish. Vape early for more caramel. The caramel fades to the background with time.

Café au lait - good with a week steep. It is a little light on the coffee but it is a good coffee with cream. I like Light French Roast for a straight up coffee vape and Tiramisu is a great coffee vape for me.

Maple Dream - is like real maple sugar flavor, not the maple syrupy stuff in other vendors maples. Also Maple River Tree Blend is a good mild maple tobacco.

Strawberry Shortcake - 1 week steep. I taste the strawberries and the shortcake.

I do not care for the Strawberry Vanilla Cake and the Blueberry Vanilla Cake. I think the cake base tastes off for me.

I love all the fruit creams. The lemon and lime creams are the best out there.

I have not tried a lot of their fruits because I am not a fruit vaper. I also have not tried their aeromatic tobaccos because I do not like a super strong tobacco and from reviews I hear they are wonderful but can grow hair on your chest. I am a lightweight there.

I screened saved this! This is perfect for me. Thank you.
I'm venturing into bakery and some tobacco flavors now.
Most of the above sound like they would go great with a hot cup of coffee!

How are you doing it?
Thats what i was trying to do with mine, not mini though.

Anyway, do you leave the chimney off?

On the mini you have 2 tank sections in short mode. Remove one of them and the chimney. I have one metal section for mine. And I'll need to find another drip tip, metal gets a bit hot. Ones I have handy won't fit.
