This seems to be working better for me. I knew i kept this thing around for some reasonold ... Smoktech rebuildable tank.
I have a couple of those, too. If the AGA doesn't work out, I'll be giving them a try. Looks nice.

Thanksthe throat hit is killer and clean. I think the air set up with these helps because it comes from the bottom and helps the vapor go up and out. It just i dont like these tanks because of the pooling in the top section. I still feel im on the right path though.
Why does this remind me of the CE2 style clearomizers? You know, the "I'm gonna wait for the vapor to fill my mouth before I vape" kind of vape?? Is it the same, mre777?
Use it for awhile and see if it gets better after the glass gets seasoned. I'm curious, nice looking build. I do like those tanks, they can be modified alot.
Thanx that is why i kept it i think, you can see in the video that i had drilled it out b4..
There's a lot of experimenting going on and I think that's great. However, I get a little concerned about the people using glass from fuses and christmas lights. There could be all sorts of additives and contaminants in or on the glass that might not be particularly healthy. Even lab grade glass, the manufacturers recommend a thorough cleaning prior to use. Innovation is great, but let's not pull a Madame Curie here.. Vape Safe.

After i de-soldered the ends there was a lot of flux on the glass so I cleaned the S#$@ out of itand torched it for good measure... But good point to anyone wanting to try this, take care and be smart.
I vaped mine strait out of the christmas tree, gave it a nice cool evergreen flavor.

Just a note about coil wrapping. I found that if I wrap my coil on a smaller diameter rod and then work the tube into it I get a nice tight coil around the glass. The problem with wrapping right on the glass is that once you release the wire it springs back a bit and has less contact with the glass. With what I'm doing it gets solid contact on all coils and heat transfer is much better.
