Yes please do I would like to hear about that one.... I was on one of my kicks and thought for sure it was Dekang RY4 and just to darn stubborn to spend money on it to find out myself

Bill, have you reviewed AromaEjuice's RY4? I did a google search in hopes of finding it on this thread but came up empty. Since I plan on ordering some of their Turkish Blend, thought I might try their RY4 as well.

In my mail this morning, I found a package containing several Halo ejuices. After some confusion and investigation, I figured out they are from Spinfuel Magazine for a Facebook contest I entered.

Two of the bottles were Mystic, a good menthol I have tried before. The Mystic bottles are 6mg (an almost clear liquid) and 24mg (a sharp pink color). The clear color could be from the freshness of the 6mg bottle, as it is new and the pink 24mg is a month old. Or the color could be from nic level. My guess is freshness.

Prime15 at 24mg is an almost clear eliquid. It is Halo's version of Casablanca. It has a good nutty flavor, but nothing like peanut. I am not into eating nuts, but it is a deeper nut, like Walnut or Brazil Nut. It doesn't have that "nut shell" flavor that many other vendors' 555s have. Nice smooth tobacco and with a shot of cocoa. Prime15 is not a sweet tobacco, but it is a good one.

Torque56 is a try at regular cigarettes (Marlboro). At 24mg it has plenty of throat hit, but not a distinct flavor. I get a drop of cherry or pineapple for sweetness, but it leans toward a straight, dry tobacco. It does have a bit of smoke flavor, but that is not overdone. Not bad, but I have left the Marlboro flavor behind me forever.

Turkish Tobacco is just that, Turkish. It is mellower than Aroma's Turkish, but has a stronger tobacco. Both are very clean. I favor Aroma's, but both are high quality.

If I were you On Target, I would go for Prime15. It is very much like Casablanca, but slightly cleaner. For Turkish Blend, I would try Aroma's version, either with WTA or without.

I went a year listening to the praises of Halo from so many vapers. Early on, I tried Tribeca and found it nasty. I never understood why anyone would pay $20+ for a 30ml of their ejuice. Now I am starting to see what others found. Halo have clean ejuices that are high quality. They perform well in cartos and attys. I would have no trouble vaping, if Halo was the my vendor. All these will get rotated in until gone.

And to keep this RY4 related, Tribeca has gone from "bug spray" to my #2 RY4. I keep going back to it.

Hangdude, thanks for all the valuable info! I have a 7ml bottle of the Prime15 at 18mg nic strength from the sampler package I bought about 4 months ago. That is the one I thought was Halo's 555 version (and Roxette confirmed). I do like Prime15 and I am right there with you on Tribeca. I despised it along with the rest of the samples when I first received them to the point I almost trashed them all. Tribeca is now in a tie with BWB's original RY4 for my #1. And since BWB is no more, I guess that makes Tribeca #1 by default.

Have you tried AromaEJuice's RY4 either with or without WTA? If so, what is your opinion of it? Your taste preferences and mine are similar so I value your opinion. About the only one so far that you like and I do not is M&P's Conspiracy. I just do not like that juice at all. In fact, PM me your address if you would like to have it and I will send it to you.

I haven't tried the RY4 from Aroma. When I talked to the owner, he suggested I go with the Turkish and Menthol P38, because he didn't think the RY4 was quite right at the time. That was several months back, so it may be much better, I don't know.

Try the Conspiracy in an atty. It works much better that way. Or you can mix it with nasty juices. About 6 drops per ml (or 4 drops per carto). I don't know why, but straight Conspiracy in a carto is not as good.

On Target,

No, I haven't tried Aroma's RY4. By all means, get some, then tell us how it is.

Dude, I will hang on to Conspiracy and use it to "enhance" the bad stuff and see what happens. Thanks for the tip!

Nice review, dude, I'll have to try Tribeca again.

Hangdude if Tribeca is number 2, what is your current number 1 RY4?

I still like the rich liqueur taste of QuickNicJuice's RY4. I hope everybody who has not tried it yet play in his football contest. All you have to do is guess which team scores the most points for the week. Winner gets 60ml. Last year he gave away over 1000mls for the season.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...l-contest-chance-win-every-week-part-two.html

Not everybody likes the QNJ RY4. If Tribeca if a fine, smooth whiskey, QNJ RY4 would be Jack Daniels. It has a creamy caramel, bright vanilla, and woody tobacco. Bill started out loving the unique flavor, but he drifted back to the lighter, brighter versions of RY4.

My list of top 10 RY4 vendors in order:
QuickNicJuice
Halo
Mountain Oak
BWB (yes, I still have some)
Kick Bass
Vermillion Rivers
Mom & Pops
GoodEjuice
CCV
Top Shelf Vapes
Apollo

Ask me tomorrow and the list might change. The top four change all the time. The middle four are very similar and very good. The final three lean toward the Orient, and they are growing on me.

I dug out my bottles of Dekang RY4 and Dekang DK-Tab from Health Cabin. The verdict is in: I don't like them anymore. And MaddCatt Vapors RYW4 I like better than RYJ4, so I am more with the consensus on it. I think I am moving towards bakery vapes and away from RY4s. I still really love Kick Bass RY4 though, so I guess I'm not totally out of the RY4 picture.

Sandy, I do not care much for Dekang RY4 either. If you like the bakery vapes, have you tried PV4 from Prime Vaping? This juice has that cake like taste to it.

scarf-ace,

I mixed up a 40-60 batch of Frankenjuice using two parts Want2Vape Morley to three parts NiteLiteVapor Waffles. First impressions of the resulting concoction are very good. In your earlier post, you wrote about adding a couple drops of Morley to Waffles, but my 40-60 ratio turns out to be ideal for me.

As you know, w2v Morley is right up there with the most potent of the in-your-face straight tobacco juices (raw, punchy, somewhat ashy, with a killer throat hit), while nlv Waffles, is, well, waffles---duh!---with a little maple syrup flavor (meaning, not particularly amazing by itself). The 40% Morley mix just picks Waffles right up, shakes the living daylights out of it, and brings it to life reborn as a tobacco blend. I'm not getting a major maple kick from the new mix, just a slight, subtle maple-ness, but that's fine, since maple is not my favorite sweetener. So this is Morley diluted some and sweetened with a certain cakey element added for smooth body. Yum!

Morley was always a bit much for me on its own, and Waffles was never enough, but together they're like Baby Bear's Porridge---just right! Wow, I love salvaging juices (at least when it works out like this).

I gave Halo's Prime15 a thumbs up, but I need to now throw in a caveat. When I was trying it out, my wife came down the stairs and complained about a moldy smell. Later that evening as I was vaping it in the kitchen, she said she smelled rotten potatoes. Today in the car, she said she smelled old socks.

It turns out Prime15 has a secondhand smell (to her) of a used book store with a leaking roof. It does have a bit of a musty odor.

Dude, you are right. I can smell it even when I am vaping it myself. Also, I had been vaping Prime15 some this afternoon in my office and left the room for a few minutes. When I returned, the odor was still lingering. I give it a thumbs up too but I think this one is going to be relegated to outdoor use and maybe I will not re-order when my 7ml bottle is gone. It is good juice but not so much so that I am going to be upset doing without it. Oh well, win some and lose some.

I no longer vape MOV tobaccos at work because one of my colleagues described them as smelling like "the subways in Paris". That wasn't a compliment.

As long as the roof isn't leaking, I adore the smell of secondhand bookstores.

Have only had a few RY4s in the past with me missing BWB something fierce, loved that stuff. But today I got in Crystal E-Liquids Double Tobacco and it is awesome right out of the mail box. Not sure if this one needs steeping or will change, but this is right up my alley, just the right amount of non tobacco flavoring. Delicious!
