responding to a post ot two. Nothing dramatic or traumatic....just got the blahs a bad mood...

You guys ever make a Thanksgiving leftover pie? They're all kinds of awesome. Check it -

1. use the stuffing to line a pie pan, you can press it into shape against the bottom and sides of the pan
2. fill it up with whatever's left - peas, turkey, ham, cranberry sauce, corn, etc - and pour gravy over the top
3. top the pie with mashed potatoes until it's all sealed up

You can then wrap and freeze it, or throw it in the oven for a half hour or so until the stuffing and potatoes start to crisp up. SERIOUS YUMS AHEAD.

thats a leftover staple here, but i just love stuffing and gravey
