Just pulled in for a drive by. Everyone is fed, taking a break before finishing up cleaning the kitchen. My darn leg hurts after all that work today! What should have been a quick prep turned into 2 hours

I was just standing in the kitchen, minding my own business when if felt like I got stabbed by something. My brother saw my face and said, "knee acting up?" and I thought, understatement!
I just can't be on it for that long at a time without suffering for it later. But, dinner wasn't going to make itself

Yeah I hurt my knee on active duty and didn't say anything and kept going and now I regret it seriously

It's the culture, you don't want to look like a whiner and don't want to leave your buddies to take up your slack. At least that is what my nephew said. He had his appendix burst and barely made it out alive. He was trying to tough it out

One of DW's bags is missing off her bus in Philippines. Of course it's one with gifts for her fronds family with an iphone in it 
. Hope bus company will pay up but I dunno it is Philippines. She so upset more so than the friend she is carrying gifts home for. I so wish I coulda gone.

One Christmas years ago when I was married to my first husband....we were to spend the holidays first with his family and then with mine. Both were long drives away and I had to work late. So he left first and took the presents for his family with him. When I got home from work, I was expecting to grab my family's presents and head out the door. I called him to ask if he took the rest of them and he hadn't. Turns out, he left the patio door unlocked. While I was at work, someone came in and took all of my family's presents and mine as well. So I had no presents to give my parents and brother....I felt awful. Worst feeling ever....showing up for Christmas with nothing to give. I know no one was mad, but its more about the giving than the receiving. I'm just glad my gifts were taken too, kinda made me feel just a teeny bit better.

Shipping is outrageously expensive and not totally reliable it sucks. to get it covered by bus company driver maybe has to pay or he loses job part of me says too bad ya shoulda done a walk around pre trip I know I do I do 3 but the other part says they are such a depressed country wages so low it would be sad for the guy I know how I'd feel here screw the guy but I somehow have more heart towards the guy maybe anyways

Good morning, my ReoNinjas! Yesterday was much better than Tuesday and Wednesday at work. I'm happy it is Friday, especially since I'm far less stressed about work.
I never mentioned it before, but I ordered a silver vein grand last Sunday night, and it arrived yesterday. The mailman actually left it, instead of requiring a signature, which is fine by me. Too busy last night to set it up, but I love the look and feel of it. It makes a nice match to my copper vein grand. I've decided I like the more grippy Reos the best. I love the color of my olive drab, but it's so darn slippery, as compared the copper/silver vein grands, and the black wrinkle bodied grand and mini.
