To me it's just another example of why socialism is made of fail, it's just slavery with widescreen HD TVs.
And don't forget the beer!

Those of us who live on the border can do pickups, then mail them by CP.

Please explain the connection with socialism.
Abstracted.
We have universal healthcare, everyone pays taxes to support it, so "everyone" (represented by the government in this case), thinks they can tell everyone else what they can put in their bodys and what risks are acceptable, so all users get no more or less than their share of healthcare.
It also has no way of opting out of it so you can do whatever the heck you want with your own body and in response pay for it your own way, hence I'm forced at gunpoint to do what I'm told is best for me.
This situation extends in to most areas of our government system ad nauseum.
That's slavery in my book.
Again it's more abstraction than point in this case, frustration just occaisonaly bleeds through the vault.
EDIT : Of course this is lacking a much better option atm, with a few mil other corners of the earth open up, still have to push the boulder up the hill for a while longer here for that tho.
Rachel, you said".............I'm sure some of our suppliers are thinking: "Hey, I don't know how to propose alternatives to HC. I'm just trying to sell a product!" Relax. There are experienced, skilled people ready & willing to help our industry make the right changes that it needs to make. People that will make the changes as affordable & uniform as possible, too. Canadian suppliers: you're not alone. Significant help is at hand..."
Everything you wrote was right on Rachel. I think that most of us sit back waiting to "see how the cards fall" and I wholeheartedly agree that if vendors don't band together to create an Association of some sort to give credibility, we users are simply "preaching to the choir" here.
Who are the people that can help organize our approach and how do we get existing Canadian vendors involved asap?
Hi Motivaper! Thanks for the kind post. I agree with you!![]()
Since you are a supplier, I'll contact you with more information shortly. The details re: who's specifically involved & how this is all gonna go down are really on a need-to-know basis right now. Only our suppliers, and the specific folks who want to help organize all this & make it work smoothly, need to know. I'm not a supplier, but I am involved in an official capacity with the folks that want to help our vendors get down to the business of doing what needs to be done.
Happy vaping & you'll hear from me shortly!
