Hello everyone,

Recently we noticed that many customers feedback that can not track the order or our customer service email feedback too late, here we are so sorry for bringing you the trouble.

From now on, you can send email to me directly and will reply you within 24 hours.

For order issues, if your order status says "payment accept" that means the order still have not been shipped, you can request refund directly and we will give you 300 points as a compensation.

If your order status says "complete" and tracking in 17track.net says "information received" that means your order have been shipped and waiting for the post office warehouse arrangement, we will push the forwarder and post office to arrange your order asap, also if delay over 3 days, we will give you 300 points as a compensation.

If your order status says “complete” and tracking in 17track.net says "in transit" that means your parcel will be arrived very soon.

For pre-sell products, please kindly noted that the shipping time depends on the manufacturer, we will push them also can give you the refund directly.

I'm just wondering how long it takes to ship something, the website said 48 hrs. I'm over 48 hrs and it still just says payment accepted. Order # 100100426-cn-sz

I was wondering if you could help me out again with my package problem. Recently I bought a red t-priv kit. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday unfortunately when I checked my package wasn't there. So I checked to see where it was at I found out that it was shipped to a different address then what I had filled out on my form when I order it. Last time I had this problem the shipping company had to call me for my address since the information on the package was wrong. So I tried again this time to see if I could change it again but unfortunately they told I need to contact your company to resolve this issue. So I was wonder if you could find a way to ship it to the address on my form or send another one by express delivery. My order #100065553 Thanks again for the help.

Unfortunately that package had someone else name and address on it with the same tracking number. I have emailed about this problem but haven't got any word about it. That's why I'm post here cause I want to get some answers where my order at. Should have been here in 7-14 days but it's been nearly a month now and I want to know where my order is at.

Hello, @5Samuel5 , as you write a wrong address so the post office send to a wrong place, you have to contact your local post office and tell them the right place to send you.

I didn't type my address wrong I always check before I place my order and you can check the invoice form. I tried emailing multiple times and still havent got no response on this problem. I want to know where my order is #100103929.
I talked to the local office and they showed me a package that had the SAME TRACKING NUMBER THAT YOU GAVE ME with someone else information on it. the one that shows that tracking number was sent to Frisco TX instead of Strawn TX whiched I filled out when I placed my order unless you gave me the wrong tracking number I would like to know where my order at. It been pass a month now and I'm starting to get impatient since I had to pay for the shipping which say I get my order within 7-14 days not +30 days at this point if I don't receive my package in one more week just give me back my money. Because Im not waiting for you guys any longer.
