I am not speaking for them but they are a small company and one bad apple spoils the whole bunch for everyone else. Be patient they are great and please understand they have to be careful

We would love to do sales to Malaysia of course...but out of 2-3 customers from there, one of them charged us back. There are certain countries that have a high fraud rate and you can open yourself up to alot of trouble in dealign with them. I may be able to work something out for you but it has to be coordinated carefully.

Good rule of thumb is if the country don't speak English primarily, then don't ship to them.

Oh, OK. I was a bit confused. So to make it work at all, you would have to take the more expensive sign on delivery shipping option type things. And even then it could be problematic I am sure.

Sucks that one bad apple can spoil the bunch.
