I dunno, just Googled it and found nothing. I just thought it was odd Zen started that thread so I "assumed" they were going extinct.
I can't say I'm feeling the love for this TC thing. Switched back to the Theorum tonight as I'm having bad cravings, loaded it up with the RY4 juice I have and went on my way. Vape was hot, juice was crackling, all seemed to be well. As the evening has gone on, it seems to have cooled, it's not cracking and popping like it was and vapor production has gone down. I checked, still at 310 deg and 35 watts, so nothing has changed. I cranked it up to 330 deg and even then it still seems cooler?
Is it in my head? Is this normal, once the wick is soaked it settles in? So far, I'm honestly liking VW better. I can do a Kanthal build, use less juice, make my batteries last three times longer, and get the same vape?

Does the mod your using have an atty lock. What happens in TC is that the board reads the current temp of the atty and regulates it accordingly. The reason for the cooler vape is that it is reaching the temp quickly and lowering the wattage to keep it at the temp you have set. Personally I would set your temp higher. If you are using the SS Notch coil that came with the Theorem it will reach temp fast. I suggest that you go to at least 420 degrees and work from there. Just my :2c:

Yes, it has a lock, took me forever to figure out how to lock it! I upped it to 370 deg last night, it was a lot better then, now it seems a bit too strong. I'm leaving it be for now. I always tended to smoke more in the evenings, so I think I was just craving more last night.

Pulled the trigger on a handful of Pico's and Kayfun mini clones today. I used my buddies Pico yesterday and loved everything about it (except the watt adjustment button on the bottom). But I can live with that. I'm probably going to end up using the Pico/mini combo as my go to. Small juice capacity is the only downside but top fill will be so much more convenient than my older kayfuns.

If I like the Pico enough I'll probably get another six of them along with a pile of kayfuns. I would think each tank would last for many years and mod would last 3+ years but you never know with a regulated mod...stupid FDA...

They have the Lite +v2 for the same price. And the Nano for 20.00.

Yep, there were several versions on sale. I like the KF 3.1 because it has the fill hole with an allen screw on the side as well as the Phillips head filler screw in the base under the end cap. For me, that makes it much easier to fill from a bottle with the narrow tube tip.

My life right now. Trigger warning!
I'm suffering severe. My hallucinations has gotten worse. My depression is worse than ever. I've gotten into serious self harm. And during the night before today I took an drug and pill overdose so severe I nearly died. My life barely got saved. My brother was who saw me and called the ambulance. I'm now on observation and they suspect my liver is severly damaged after months of drug, alcohol and pill abuse and overdoses.

I don't know how to cope anymore. I've picked up smoking again. I

Thus why I haven't been posting here. Just thought you guys deserved an update.

Awaiting my 2nd order of vape mail. Ordered a whack of PT2 coils, a second Istick 30W, coupla Ming drip tips and, what was I thinking? - a kayfun v2.1...whaaaaaat??? I don't build my own coils but, but, but it was only 14 bucks. Sigh. Well, I figured, what the heck, I'll put it away for now and at least I'll have it should the notion to build take hold.

I'm realizing, for now, I like things simple. Yep, still love my eGo one batts topped with my PT2'S or Nauti Mini and my Istick 30's.

This is what I love about this thing called vaping. It's whatever blows yer hair back. It's also what I love about the T-Puffers forum...anything goes, no judgement and lots of help just a few keyboard strokes away.

Cheers All

Thank you for the kind words everybody. I'm alive and well and I'm so happy. The overdose was induced by the voices in my head and the man only I see + bad judgement from alcohol.

My family have been visiting ever since and bringing support and help and good words. I'm super happy that I have them.

When they first marked them down to 30.00 someone on The Porches or The Overlooked Tootle Puffers Gear thread emailed them & got a reply that yes, they are discontinuing them.

It's just my own prediction, but I think they are beginning to follow the small, but efficient designs that are popular these days. Most everything made now is small and full of features. The Radius appears to be the new path (or the alternate path) for Provari. It's a small mod with a replaceable
18650. It's upgradeable through the USB port.

Oh, it wasn't a Provari thread? Maybe that's why I couldn't find it. Too many threads to remember!
I don't hang out on the Provari threads so I know I didn't see it there. The only 2 I'm on where the sale was mentioned was these 2 I listed.

One of the local "sites" up here is running a huge special on iHybrids for 30 bucks a pop. Mine should show up today.

I'm pretty much going to go "mech" with the recent developments. I never build below 1 ohm anyway, and am partial to gennies.

Essentially, I'm keeping things to the KISS principle. While I have a couple of regulated mods, I'm not counting on them to be my primaries.

Well I'm two days sober!

I'm currently to addicted to cigarettes. I want to vape, but I can't vape in here as it's illegal to charge batteries that are not a cellphone in the institution. And I'll be staying here for long.

Yes, the 3.1 is great! I just posted that because someone was looking for v2's. Maybe it wasn't this thread? Don't know, I kept getting pulled away herding dogs.

I found them on the Canvape site...up here in Canadia :) Oddly enough, they've gone up a dollar. Hmm..

I wonder if they ship to the US? Considering our dollar is tanking (again) you might get 'em cheap :)
