I dunno, just Googled it and found nothing. I just thought it was odd Zen started that thread so I "assumed" they were going extinct.
I can't say I'm feeling the love for this TC thing. Switched back to the Theorum tonight as I'm having bad cravings, loaded it up with the RY4 juice I have and went on my way. Vape was hot, juice was crackling, all seemed to be well. As the evening has gone on, it seems to have cooled, it's not cracking and popping like it was and vapor production has gone down. I checked, still at 310 deg and 35 watts, so nothing has changed. I cranked it up to 330 deg and even then it still seems cooler?
Is it in my head? Is this normal, once the wick is soaked it settles in? So far, I'm honestly liking VW better. I can do a Kanthal build, use less juice, make my batteries last three times longer, and get the same vape?
Does the mod your using have an atty lock. What happens in TC is that the board reads the current temp of the atty and regulates it accordingly. The reason for the cooler vape is that it is reaching the temp quickly and lowering the wattage to keep it at the temp you have set. Personally I would set your temp higher. If you are using the SS Notch coil that came with the Theorem it will reach temp fast. I suggest that you go to at least 420 degrees and work from there. Just my
