Top 3 things I love about Puresmoker

I think we need a little positivity up in hurr. I for one have a deep respect for Puresmoker and all they've done for the vaping community, hence the Top 3 things I love about Puresmoker: (Feel free to copy this idea on your favorite suppliers forum as well to spread the love. ECF needs some love right now!)...

1. Steve and Joanna have busted their rear ends and completely rearranged their lives so that they can grow with their business and so that their customers can be happy. They have moved clear across the country, hired new staff, and dealt with more than I can imagine with perseverance. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate for the demand and for that I applaud them!

2. Since the start, Steve has been a great businessman and has gained the respect of many with a professional attitude, fast shipping and great customer service. He's been at the top of his game in every respect. What many fail to realize is that this industry is in jeopardy at the moment and things aren't as they used to be. Each and every investment at this stage is a gamble, and product isn't always easy to come by.

3. Amidst customs holding near $100k worth of their product, they continued to find new ways to innovate and grow with the release of the Prodigy. Finally (and in the nick of time), a USA manufactured component!

I think that we take advantage of much of what we've had. I've managed to quit smoking with these and Puresmoker has been my main supplier from the get go (smoke free since 11/08!). I've saved a ton of $ in analogs and I feel better in general. I think we should thank our suppliers whoever they are for taking the risk and continuing to supply us with this technology!

1)- I love Steve's business mind. The sign of a true entrepreneur is being able to find alternate money streams in times of trouble. He's worked against a bad economy and unstable customs, and managed to pull the Prodigy and a new USBPass out of his arsenal. ...Awesome!

2)- He cares about the quality of the products he sells to us. He researches everything extensively before he offers it to us. He really wants us to have the best!

3)- He and Joanne are some of the nicest people I've ever met!

Thank you Puresmoker folks for all you do!!! :D

For me it's about trust ... PS is the first supplier I ordered from back in Dec. '08 when I jumped on this train .. and to this day has been the ONLY supplier I have ordered my parts from .... I know Steve and PS will answer any/all of my questions .. regardless of how stupid they might be .. and _if_ there is a problem .. they will take care of it ... plain and simple .. I trust them ;)

1. Massive amount of time spent as a Moderator on the forum (with little thanks).
2. Massive amount of patience! Gracefully deals with crapola from people on this forum with humor. A real class act!
3. Great products and customer service after the sale.

Thanks to everyone at PureSmoker!! I'm lovin' my Penstyle (and still mourning Riskee)!!

I like the way they handle problems and even some undeserving insults by taking the high road and not losing there temper and insulting or argueing back.
its a very Jedi and tough way to be.
temtation by the angry ways of the dark side is not an easy road to not follow.
Yoda would be proud of your ethics and ways.

1) My questions have always been answered. Even the beginner ones most would have thought idiotic. Steve has remarkable patience.

2) I get exactly what I ordered. No missing items. No substitutions without consult. Only time something wasn't available I received a prompt apology and refund without having to ask for it or wait weeks on end wondering why my order never shipped.

3) Honest feedback about the products. All the pros and cons and what should work best for me/my situation, not whatever product they're wanting to move. Even recommending other suppliers/products.

Wow... I hate to have to be the a$$hole but damn...

You act like they got into this to help the "community"... They got into this to make a ton of cash. Nothing wrong with that but let's not call them saints just yet. Sure they risk a lot (in this case $100k) on their business venture, but they wouldn't risk it if it weren't worth the return. ;)

Not to mention I gave them a chunk of my money and had a working product for all of about 2 days. Awesome!

Wow, some people are pretty dumb/ignorant.

You can thank the crappy quality control measures in China for that. Steve/Puresmoker did not actually manufacture the product, so it really isn't their fault that it failed after 2 days. They are merely suppliers.

But guess what? That's the reason they're making the Prodigy...no more worrying about defective products from China.
