Thanks for the response. I intially contacted within that timeframe. As said before they were really nice, but did not answer my questions and did not offer any solution. All I got were comments about what would make an atomizer small terrible. I responded letting them know it was dead and I would need another. I even offered to
buy one and again got no real information. I was only able to use this for a couple of days before this happened. I don't like the idea of having to twist someone's arm. I've made it clear that it had an issue and that I'd need another and fixing my problem was obviously not a priority or even a real concern.
No problem, as steve said, your issue will be handled. Better late than never. Noone would complain if the titantic pulled into port tomorrow, you know? I won't try to make excuses, but Steve has had a lot of ****e going on in the past few months, and a lot of times, not enough staff to handle it all. Growing pains for a company can be expected.
So, not that you already didn't know, i would keep at least 20 atomizers stocked at all times, it sucks, but you never know. Sometimes one will last a month, sometimes, 3 days. Its tough to tell with where these parts are coming from. Which is why Steve is trying to get a 100% U.S. made e-cig off the ground. Also you have to keep an eye out for not running them too hot/dry. Oh, and don't hold them too close to the window if you are driving with it down, cause the wind will activate your e-cig, and yeah if you don't notice it, you will be really pizzed when you get to where your going, and realize you just burned your effing atty out cause you propped your arm up by the window while you were driving and didn't notice the dang blue light on the end lighting up constantly!!! Haha, that happened to me a couple of days ago.
The e-cig wiki i pointed you too, has all the links you need to get spare parts for your peewee, since Steve doesn't look like he carries them at the moment, i think he will soon, but not right this instant. Unfortunately, there isn't a neat little chart for all of them, but the one for the RN4081 is there.
