And as business grows, there will always be a situation where a business has to review its role, how it's able to fill the role, where it needs improvement, etc. This post was not meant to be to see which customers are loyal as this is really on the lower intellectual scale and the product of ego, which doesn't interest me. We knew VERY well, it would open a floodgate. There would of course be the complimentary posts, there would also be the pointless blah blah blah as we've seen, and occasionally there will be EXACTLY what we're looking for, that one, maybe two gems of constructive criticism that might surface and help reveal a problem area very well worth review. It's just a matter of weeding out the blah blah to get to that gem.

And the ONLY one I've seen so far was from GoodDog. Though it was very VERY general, it raised a simple question, "what steered her in another direction?" We're not out to be the best, just better, which is an attainable standard.

I've also seen a very constructive side from Poeia.

You see, at least with this thread, you're not spewing all of this off-topic crap on the OTHER threads, and maybe, just MAYBE the other threads stand a chance to remain relevant while you empty your garbage here and in the process, we actually hear something that NEEDS to be heard, dealt with and we don't have to scour 1,001 threads to get to it.

If intelligence means I'm a jerk, I'll wear that jacket proudly.

Disclaimer, I was completely joking with that last remark, I hope you don't take that as constructive criticism. lol

TV lost another customer... well, not really. I can't say that I won't order from them again. I just really haven't been happy with most of my orders. This is not Geoff's fault, nor the mix teams. Truth be told I blame my pallet most of all. We all have certain likes and dislikes, Honestly the thought of getting a 4oz doubler for $15 bucks was enough to draw me in. So far my experience is as follows:

1oz 24mg nic AC - Awesome (gives me blisters on my tongue - but then again, so did the candy.)

4oz doubler of AC - Bitter, not sweet even when shaken and left to steep for a week (Geoff offered a dram of cinnamon to add - very kind & professional and I plan on taking him up on the offer with the next order.)

4oz doubler of Tin Box Mint - sweetened. I was worried about this one being too strong. Not strong at all. The sweetener gives it more of a "wintergreen" flavor than I was expecting. I tastes good. Just not what I was looking for.

1oz 24mg nicotine Spearmint - sweetened. I was worried about this one being too weak. This is without a doubt, the strongest e-liquid I have sampled to date. There is so much anise (I suspect that's what the flavor is) that it tastes more like black licorice than spearmint.

In short, my experience has been disappointing for me. I however have not been disappointed with the service I have received from Geoff and the rest of the staff. They have been professionals throughout the entire process and I wish them luck. I plan on ordering 1 more doubler and perhaps another 1oz of 24mg nic AC, but as I have very limited funds, I don't see me purchasing more from them unless the AC is consistent. I wish them all the best and good luck for success in the future.

I've only placed one order with tv..It was for "caramel apple granny smith"...It tasted nothing like caramel apple...All i could taste was cinnamon..Does all the tv juice's have this same cinnamon taste?

Not bashing tv..I just figured thier juice was not what i was looking for...I hear the ac is strong maybe its getting unintentionally mixed in with the other juice's..:(

I honestly think Geoff should just turn into the juice Nazi. With everyone running in fear that he will ban your ip from his site and set a forward page that just says "NO JUICE FOR YOU." Sigh, I miss Seinfeld.

But just wanted to chime in, I've used customer service on the website about three times for various questions and they have been nothing but helpful. Got a couple bottles of juice that didn't appeal to me, but I happily sent those off to others for things I do like. I've learned that just because you like something in food doesn't mean you'll like it in juice form. I'm still ordering and I will keep ordering, if you don't like a juice don't blame Geoff. I honestly would suggest to anyone that they don't ever get anything sweetened. A bottle of sweetener is like $2.00 on their website. I would get that and some little bottles and start playing mad ejuice scientist.

I think a lot of the negative comments are coming from people who feel they have valid complaints that are being ignored. Good customer service is what is going to keep you ahead of the game. People will allow you much more leeway if they believe you really care about their concerns. One unsatisfied customer can do a lot of damage to your reputation.

Most people want to feel as though they are your most valued customer, that they are special. When you think about it, they are!

I'm not saying to kiss ---. I don't know what transpired in the interactions you've had. But you may want to ask yourself if maybe things could have been handled differently.

I think from what I've gathered is that the vaping community as a whole is rather small to what it could be right now, and that one complaint can muster a tidal wave in the end. Will it? I don't know. I'm not a fortune teller. I know I have not tried any of your juices but as someone great must of said, "All things deserve a chance if not a good looking over." I do plan on buying some juice from you in the near future just trying to decide what to be exact lol. I can understand it from both point of views. 6k customers is a good base, but when one state has over 60,000 who buy marlboro in just one city, 6000 looks pretty bleak. And customer service these days with small numbers in this crowd, customer service still holds on a high note for many people. They want to feel welcomed and feel as though they are doing something good by buying products. (please do not take offence, I'm making a generalization)
I have no bashing to be done here. All I have is a clean slate as to which I can one day put my opinion on. :)

I never really brought up this problem because I figured "it was just me" but, since Geoff seems to be open to accepting anything...

I used several vendors for liquid: CigNot, InnoVapor, Totally Wicked, Jane's Kick, Pure Smoker, CigTechs, and Tasty Vapor. Unfortunately, I used Tasty Vapor for one week and started getting terrible chest pains (felt like it was in the lungs) and they took 4 days to go away. Whatever it was, I couldn't use any other liquid during that time either. I had to go back to analogs while the pain subsided. I've been easing my way back onto vaping but I find it interesting that the pains came on after 6 months of strictly vaping and only came on once I tried Tasty Vapor. I even ordered a second time to get different flavors just in case it was a flavoring thing, but that wasn't the case. It could simply have been a coincidence or I'm allergic to an ingredient Tasty Vapor uses that the other vendors previously mentioned don't use. Not sure...

On another note, my complaint is strictly with the liquid... the customer service was perfect in every way and they do a good job of mixing and shipping quickly. Not to mention that there is very good communication about what is happening with orders.

Overall, I wanted Tasty Vapor to be my primary vendor, but the chest pains (caused by TV or not... again I'm not sure) has made me gunshy of TV liquids.

I suspect that this is the cause of many liquid complaints ~ As out tastebuds emerge from the muck and mire we've subjected them to for so many years, it's inevitable and a known fact that things taste differently.

And if you wind up with something that's just not suitable for you, post it in the classifieds. What you consider 'unvapable' may be someone else's nirvana.

If intelligence means I'm a jerk, I'll wear that jacket proudly.

I have an elevated IQ and I find that it is hard to relate what I think to people a lot of the time, its hard to understand sometimes when people are not on the same plain as me. I have been called tactless, arrogant, and aloof, maybe sometimes condescending, but trying to talk or write 'down' is not always an easy task and criticism from the 'peons' in often disregarded; I'm lucky and my wife (super-intelligent herself, smarter than I thought!) is a good policeman for my interactions normally but I have my moments! You seem to be a similar creature as myself and you come off that way in some of your posts; I don't know you but you have a nice company with good juices most of the time, just remember sales is being able to relate to others and be empathetic, especially for real or even imagined slights. Don't be so self-aggrandizing with the half-hearted concern, people vote for simple folks (sometimes simpletons, see GB2!) because they can relate to them; don't cost yourself business because of the need of a little reflection of what makes (made? PR and PO is uneven right now) the company so popular. Just my :2c: for a man with awesome sideburns!!!!

You aren't the only one with this problem, I had Geoff's blend that I was vaping and the same thing happened, plus some other little nasty side effects (couldn't breathe etc), I was very disappointed as I loved the flavor! My problems are I react to certain things in juices, Ethyl Alcohol being one, the sweetener Ethyl Maltol being another, and Rum flavoring real or artificial. My only complaint was that I never got my answer back about the ingredients that were used, so until I do I am not ordering anything else. Other then that one incident every other communication has been nothing but outstanding as far as I am concerned.

Well, since there is a bashing thread here.

The Boston cream pie, the cream tastes sour to me. I'm not sure why, because no one else has brought it up. I blame my own taste buds. With that said, every other flavor has tasted good, especially tastyfinger and the Caramel popcorn, the service is excellent, and there has not been one mistake on any order I have made. To be honest, I feel slightly guilty even posting this here because of how great the flavors taste, the low costs, how much effort is placed to ensure we get the same results with each flavor every time we order, and the excellent service.

How long have you had the Boston Cream Pie? It took a few weeks for me to love it. I
