Ah, someone who is thinking like me! This was one of my points. So, even if 60 people think I'm some raving mad lunatic who needs anger management..... That's STILL only 1%.

Anger management? What did you do, kick the cat?

Why does a direct answer make people so upset?

I am sorry guys but I am looking at this post after my first conversation with in 2 months my son who is serving in Iraq. From my perspective right at this moment, Geoff do come off as kind of a jerk but you still make me laugh and make some of my favorite juices. Considering some of the bigger things in life I just don't have the energy to get pissy about anything e cig related right now. Party on Garth:toast:

IMHO if your juice is good and you have great costumer service a thread like this would never be started ,

1% dissatisfaction is 1% too much!! you need to strive for better!! seems like you are ok with acceptable losses.

so how do we qualify to be one of your (chosen few) who are deemed righteous enough for your vaping nectar.

this in my eyes is a crude way of starting drama so your fanboys can come to your rescue!! bad form and a very bad way of accepting your failures.

I have heard of self loathing but you sir take the cake!!!
 
Ya know..I have never ordered from TV....So don't have an opinion one way or the other..But I can say based on what i have read in this thread as well as the other "negative" TV threads that I am more than willing to give Geoff a shot. I like the directness and willingness to get it all out there. Too much hiding in this world....

Nuff said...look for an order from me when my wife let's me order again...

Chiqa I am feeling the same as you right now but for different reasons. The next 6months are going to be hell on wheels for my family as a medical crisis is breaking here and all this bashing seems irrelevant.

Yeah, I won't deny I have my moments, by my moments don't define me as a person and I knew people were going to be petty and shooting from the hip here. It was expected. But I think I need to save my commentary for people who have points of concern that need to be addressed, rather than who thinks I'm a doodie-head.

Geoff, yesterday you said that TV has over 6000 customers.

So, even if you get 60 posts absolutely trashing TV, that would mean you're doing a fabulous job.

How many companies can say they have 99% customer satisfaction? :cool:
Highly unlikely that every single person who doesn't like the product or the staff will take the time to post about it. In addition to the people who stop ordering because they went back to smoking, there will always be some who dislike the product, others who dislike the staff and some who are simply fickle. If you retain 50% of your customers, you're ahead of the curve.

Guys lets kill this thread it only prolongs wrongful strikes against out man Geoff and we know the product is awesome and Geoff is a straight forward and decent dude, so I'm asking that no more TV Customers post after this, and we start a new thread about TV and how darn good it is instead.!

i just got my order today and they all taste great!!!!!!! cant wait to let the pecan pie and cherry lemonade set and get all yummy!!!!!!!!!!!! but the almond horn is ready to vape in my opinion!!!!! all great flavors that stay in ur mouth which is alot more than i can say for other vendors!! you guys def have a new loyal customer!!!!

On Thursday I ordered 6 different juices (during which time I believe you were filling a massive coop order) I emailed you Thursday night with a special request, and you personally responded Friday morning letting me know that you had me covered. It was a Holday weekend, and was stoked to find my order in my mail box today (Tuesday) All I can say is WAY AWESOME. First time ordering here, and it has been fantastic so far. And three of my juices taste good out of the box. Cant wait to try them in a week or two after they steep. So far cola cherry is my fave.

To the TV haters, thank God you have a choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say that Geoff's team DOES care about their customers, and they DO have great customer service. I had an issue with an ego battery, and we were able to work out a solution that was great for both parties.
Having been on both sides of the customer service table I think when you have a problem, if your approach is combative and full of blame, you will never be happy with the result, because you have already immediately put the other party on the defensive. If you approach the problem with the attitude of "I have discovered a problem, how can we help each other to fix this?" you will find that more often than not, you and the other party are MUCH happier with the results.

my two cents. :2c: keep the change.

I read the post, I was trying to be nice ONLY, I still say enough is enough, but, it's an open forum, if you feel you need to go on by all means go on or anyone else, as Geoff states in his Topic above "Get yer drama out here and get it over with!" I say end it now, "OVER WITH" there's no need to go on here in my opinion, no one needs this bad promo anymore, we all know what the deal is. OK I'm done and wont post again, I'm moving on now

The curve I meant was for business in general.

I work in the magazine industry. These days circulation is a joke but even 15+ years ago, when people still subscribed to magazines, 50% renewals was very, very good. They're getting to many magazines, they want to read something else next year, they only read a couple of issues a year so they'll buy those on the newsstand, etc.

Think of restaurants. McDonald's has people who come in every day but high-end, gourmet restaurants? They have a core clientele that dine there regularly but at least half of their business comes from people who try a different five-star place each time they have a special occasion. Even if they like it, they won't be back any time soon.

If 50% of the people are leaving because they hate the product or they hate something about the company, that's a problem. But if it's just part of the normal ebb and flow, it's not.
