I have received my Goblin mini V3 few days ago without the capacity extension kit (the seller owe me one and has promised to supplement it in the future).

The biggest CONS of this tank is its JFC:

1. Though there isn't leakage at all for this tank during vaping, but closing JFC does not prevent little juice leakage while refilling. In the case of Augvape Merlin, its juice flow control is working so efficiently in preventing refill juice leakage (through the AFC)

2. Only by comparison that I realize how much better the clear visual of JFC in Merlin. For Merlin tank, I know if I have accidently closed my juice flow at a glance, but this couldn't be the case for Goblin V3, I have to practically turn the glass tank in order to ensure my JFC is closed/opened.

However there is one advantage of Globlin V3's JFC in comparison to the Merlin's:
Unlike the Merlin tank, Goblin V3 tank does not have the problem of big bubble stuck at juice hole.

Because my Merlin tank has round juice hole, may be the newer ver which has squre juice hole does not have bubble stuck problem... may be...

Don't understand your criticism of the Goblin V3's JFC, there is a dial above the AFC lever, it has 3 liquid "icon" indicators showing you the open/closed position.

My issue so far is intermittent leaking through the airflow slots. All I can think to blame so far on my first rayon build is the wicking. Problem is, it will vape fine and be leak free for a few days, then put it down and next day fair amount of juice on the sides and underneath atty. Hard to pinpoint a problem when it doesn't happen all the time!

Man... I only notice that indicator mark now!:nah:

Anyway, my complain stay put, the mark is difficult to read. In my case, I will need to bring the tank close enough in order to read the indicator. To be frank, I rather try turn the glass to find out whether JFC is closed or opened!

You are lucky!
In my case, I only have leaking immediately after refill. Once I clear that up, there won't be further leaking, this implies not my wicking problem.

I don't know how long I can tolerate that refill-leaking, sometime it leaks quit an amount and since this is a small capacity tank, refill frequency is high and it can add up quite a lot of juice wastage.

Hi all,

Just wanted to post my initial impressions.

Used dual coil deck with 2 fused claptons 26 guage with 34 outside contact coils, 6 wraps, 3 mm ID. Ohm at .14 ohms. Coils barely fit but it works. Flavor was good but it did get a lil hot. I had to use the included delrin drip tip. Vapor was good and air flow was a lil restricted. Vaping at around 50 watts. I was vaping on some banana bondage from adore liquids. It tasted like it does in my other tanks like crown and super tank mini.

Then installed single with fused clapton 26 guage with 34 outside spaced coil, 5 wraps, 3 mm ID. Ohm at .24 ohms. Coil fit in there with plenty of room. Vapor is good and it did not get hot with delrin drip tip. Vapor was just a lil bit less than the dual coil setup. Air flow still a lil restricted but for what I was looking for, it was bout perfect. Vaping this setup at 45 watts. This is hands down, the best I've tasted the banana bondage e-liquid.

Been only vaping on it for bout 5 hours but no leakage and no dry hits. Seems to wick better for me on the single coil deck. Using both setups with the spit back protection. JFC working fine for me.

When screwing on the tank, the top treads is very sharp and I can see how Youtuber vaping with Vick got his hand cut. I simply used a paper towel when screwing on the tank to the base.

Overall I'm very happy with the tank. Thanks all for the recommendation.

Haha LOL. It is a flavor tank so the drip tip was designed for flavor and that MTL feel.

I used to be a MTL vapor, I don't see why for MTL, the drip tip has to be that short.

A lil off topic but can I get some recommendations for a 24 mm shorty RTA with good flavor. I was thinking of getting the serpent mini 25 or mage. Thanks.

I would suggest you to wait for the 24mm Merlin mini.

I am looking at picking on of these up from fasttech, I was going to order the black but looking at it now It kind of looks like the black you cant change the drip tip but the silver you can, Is this accurate?

Because if this is true Ill get sliver if not I'll get black

You can change the drip tip on the black one. I have a silver one right now and a black one is on it's way

Is that 1st part just a mistake? or does it apply to after the 44 in stock is gone ? or does it mean if I order there I wont get it till end of the month anyway?

The JFC "dial" is actually the TANK, rotate it right = FULL , to the left = OFF. Mine moves very easily, don't have to look at the icons at all.
