There is also the short stop and vape safe fuses for mech mods you can buy, they do not regulate your mod but help to stop a short in it.
The VapeSafe is a one time use, meaning if it stops a short it has to be replaced

I ordered 2 Nemesis and 2 of the Beacons. Always have a back up they say!
I'll be ordering some sort of safety fuses as well. I likely will have to find somewhere to have vent holes drilled in the mechs in the appropriate area.
I picked up 2 of the Beacons about a month ago. The blemished red ones for $10 ea. I had to use my magnified desk lamp to find the tiny scratch. I liked the Beacon well enough, that I have 2 more on the way.
I picked up 8 of the Ehpro Rose Gold Kayfun Light Plus V2s, about a month ago. Quality wise, I found them excellent. I've been using one since I got them and it's working out great.
We decided on similar equipment to stock up on.

There are numerous clones. I would only buy a 1:1 clone which will be clearly stated by the vendor.
Why?, go to FDV & view the beautiful top caps, magneric firing systems. A cheaply made mech is like a crappy health insurance policy.

I think the second one I got was Ephro ? Nemesis if I remember right, not sure about the one I got from FT.
I got 2 Rainbow? Nemmy clones from Mountain Oak Vapors on clearance for 1.99 each. Wish I had ordered more. Thought they would be junk but are NICE. Got some magnets from FT and converted to magnetic switches.
Most of my nic is in PG. but for my longest storage stash I got it in VG, so we shall see how well it stores long term, I am marking it as use last.

The "latest word" is not based on any science, viscosity means nothing in tightly closed bottle placed for long term storage. Actually nobody really knows what is better - PG or VG. As you said, PG is easier to work with. I was buying my nicotine in PG.

Same. Based on a couple of posts from ECFers that seem to actually know what they are talking about, I will use PG first, 50/50 2nd and VG last. If that is the right thing to do is anyone's guess at this point.
