Considering how water vapor dissipates, you would have to virtually be kissing the person to blow vapor in their face. All of us who advocate openingly vaping also advocate respect. But only vaping with smokers or where smoking is allowed and never vaping in the open around others, will confirm the myth by the "anti's" that vaping is just as dangerous as smoking. By openingly vaping in a respectful manner and being well educated on vaping, we as a community can build a positive awareness of vaping. Perception is reality. If we act like it is the same as smoking, then it will be PERCEVIED as being the same as smoking and will be banned everywhere.
I assure you that you don't have to be kissing someone to blow vapor in their face. I've been vaping indoors and it doesn't dissipate instantly. Safety isn't the only factor when dealing with public places. If I'm eating in a restuarant I don't want anybody misting anything in the air around me. I'm a grown adult and I can handle being in a public place without having to show off my shiny new pv. Pushing your love for vaping on others in a public place will do more harm than treating it like a cigarette. I have enough self control to make it through a grocery shopping trip without having vape. Having the attitude that you must vape anywhere and everywhere is borderline childish. A lot of people could care less that what your exhaling is safer than smoking. Your forgetting the most inportant thing here and thats the fact that its a "public place" not your place.
