First off, I am NOT a troll posting here to be negative about vaping. As a newbie, I just want to learn as much as possible. No flame please.
I was a pack-a-day smoker. Never train smoked. However, a lot of times I find myself vaping constantly or at least vaping more often than b4 when I smoked. Its b/c 1) its very convenient, 2) it doesnt stink up the house (I didnt smoke in the house b/c of the smell) and 3) the yummy flavoring. Those factors, I think, make it more likely for you to become a train vaper even if you weren't a train smoker before.
I am worry that this may deepen my nic addiction. Sure, compare to smoking, it is still BETTER, I believe. But by itself not comparing to smoking, it is concern to me. Your thoughts?

these are the facts
Nicotine usage by smoking changes the way the nicotine acts and is taken up by your body...the burning changes it and actually makes it less effective than absorption like dip or chewing or even the old fashion snuff snorting.Cigg companies in the 70'S realized this and started adding chemicals to help the nicotine be more active and absorb better...chemicals like ammonia and solvents like toluene were added for the nic to "ride on" and were easily absorbed thus making the cigs seem stronger....then supplemental nic was also added and so on and so on...now today we have cigs that have 1-2.5 mlg of nic in them but the nic is supercharged and very powerful
now a little on addiction

nicotine almost exactly replicates an endorphin that is naturally made by your brain that controls blood sugar and also some of the reward centers of your brain. Long time smokers 20+ years can experience an atrophy in the factories that produce this natural chemical from not having to produce it for so long...so quitting for some may never be possible for some who are lucky the factories gradually start producing the nic like endorphin naturally and they can lead normal lives....for others (like me) will never be able to produce the stuff in sufficient amounts to enable me to live a normal life without constant cravings for me its not a matter of will power its bio chemical..
natural un modified nicotine is no more harmful than caffeine...we all have heard this..and its true but when we smoked we got "engineered nicotine"
Vaping used natural un modified nicotine and it is absorbed much like other "smokless" tobacco through the mouth and throat and some in the lungs..the difference is its not a powerfull "POW" of nic its a slow gradual relief so we dont ride on the roller coaster of nic levels way up....then down...way up then down.....we create a constant level...
I started with 24 and now i use 18 50% of the time but still vape 24 in the morning and at night...have not had a smoke in almost 4 months and thats from 1 pack a day of marb reds..
if you compare the 2 you got to understand this aint apples to apples...un modified nic compared to engineered nic delivery in ciggs are hard to compare levels with..
at the end of the day...i love vaping and feel it was able to empower to quit smoking...i tried everything patch,gum, lozenge, wellbutrin,even cold laser and hypnotherapy ....nothing worked vaping did
