I hope mine is in that bunch. Ordered on 2/16 and they keep giving me the run around when it came to answering my questions. All I have is a tracking number from Monday that's completely stuck in the" pre-shipment" phase.

Man, at least they made statement as to what happened and how they are handling it. And did and still are. Close up preorder for a bit. Removed option in order second time around, they called customers, etc.
Look at the Hana/SS vape disaster, no communication and customers are the ones goes out of their way to make inquires, and gets feed a load of cr@p!
Bahhh don't get me started on that one. I was one of those poor souls frustrated with ssv. Hell I just cancelled my pre-order for a Hana to see if I have better luck landing one elsewhere.

BTW, it seems Vaporshark is doing a better job than hana modz as far as getting orders completed and shipped out; looks like the March customers over there are looking at least 6-8 weeks of additional delays. Sheesh! Pre order madness!

My tracking info just changed from pre-shipment on 3/17 to in-transit today 3/19 for a Saturday delivery 3/22. I ordered the black one on 2/16. So there's hope for the folks who ordered the black devices instead of gunmetal.

Thanks. The gunmetal one looks real nice. I was considering changing colors but I didn't want to bother incase they keep pushing the back things. I hope you get yours soon. This is going to tie me down until I get my hands on a full sized Hana.

Wow, looks like it didn't matter when the black one was ordered since I ordered mine almost a month after yours, so I guess these were not even built until very recently. Maybe I got in as a replacement for a cancelled order.
Looks like I'm staying home this weekend since it looks like a signature confirmation is required
I ordered one yesterday at about noon EST yesterday. It said 'Orders after March 5th will ship on 3/25." Apparently I got one of the last few in that batch.
Well I received some good news via email and phone yesterday. I placed my pre-order as soon as it was available on 3/18 and then emailed and called them yesterday to see when I should expect it. They are telling me by 3/25 it should ship. Hopefully all works out.
My guess is that this is the first batch of black ones that's actually going out to customers and it doesn't matter if you ordered in January, early Feb or early March.
My tracking info finally updated sometime after midnight last night. It's on the way, 3/22 scheduled delivery. (ordered 2/18, black, usb)
What's amusing to me, yesterday morning I emailed their CS and asked if it actually shipped or if someone just printed a label and marked my order complete just to appease me. I never got a reply to that email. Then I called later on yesterday, and spoke to Oscar. (see the previous post in this thread.) So yeah... they did just print labels without actually shipping anything on 3/17.
I should have ordered the gunmetal. I probably would have seen my precious sooner. Lol
