Mine has 'departed the sort facility' in springfield. I've never not had an item delivered the day it leaves springfield.
So I'm at work, 15 miles away from home. Supposed to be going to the gym after work which is 1 mile from work. Then to hang out with friends after that another mile from work. So I guess I'm going to go to the gym, drive home, get my dna and then drive back to my friends.
Worth it.
I'll give you the same advice I gave Poof a few comments ago... bang out early. Get vape mail. Then do your other junk. (It is Friday after all.)
Isn't a half day at work, worth a whole lot more of your happiness?

Unfortunately we're really short-handed today and I have to stay. One person out sick and another on vacation really hurts a 5 person office.

Don't forget, they send it "signature required." So unless someone's home to sign for it, all you're going to find is a pickup receipt.

I called my post office this morning before it went out for delivery and they hooked me up...the postman just signed for me and left it in my box.
Thanks Merlin, that makes me feel better that I'm not an isolated case concerning the switch. I must depress it below the level of the case to get it to fire so I'm pretty sure it's life span is just about finished. I'm contacting Vaporshark today.

So, after 10 days of being "lost" I finally got contact from the PO here that they received my parcel. Apparently, the "barcode" was damaged so it just stayed at the sorting facility in FL until VS filed a claim for me. With that said, expect delivery is today, but unfortunately, I wont be home
Oh well, one more day wont make that much difference anyway, just glad its on island now

If it makes u feel a tad better I have a replacement bottle from five pawns schedule for delivery today that came in at the same time and the same SORT facility as the VS, but the VS is scheduled for tomorrow. And theres been no update on USPS, so either I am not getting either today, or they both came today. I want to shoot their crappy tracking system, it 2014 for gods sake.
I know it's mentioned countless times in the thread but this thing is ridiculously small. I had looked at so many pictures and still never imagined how tiny it really is.
Yeah, I would strongly recommend VS forget the "Free Shipping" option and let customers decide & pay for the delivery method.
My personal experience with all of this so far, the person I have been speaking with via email "Michele" has been very helpful, so I have to say the customer service side of things is very well done. Turnaround time is more to do with their outside vendors making the casings and getting the boards made, so I cant fault VS for that either.
In short, I guess my complaints would be toward Evolv and USPS. However, I have yet to receive my device, so I'll have to wait and see how it all plays out in the end
Yup. Smallest real "mod" out there.
VS should make a DNA+. Make it just big enough to hold an 18650 instead of the odd-ball 15580 size they're using now. Adding 3mm would make the case just about 22mm thick, perfect for a Kayfun type atty (which I think looks goofy on the existing VS DNA). If they kept the price in the same ballpark (under $200!) I think they'd sell a metric ton of them.
There goes that, just got a USPS email. Went from FL to Queens today Processed and Sort and departed , arrived in Brooklyn and being processed in that Sort Facility, so i guess tomorrow it will go to Staten Island facility and then for delivery. Five boro tour I tell you!

I saw a guy had talked to VS and said they "leaked" that there IS a bigger brother coming, but no idea when. Not sure how true, how soon, but he seemed to be reliable. With how I like my DNA, I'll definitely be ordering big bro if it happens.
