Hello guys, I cant read the whole thread, so here's my question. Bought a VS DNA20 3 months ago. Really love it and it goes to work with me. Lately I'm starting to get misfires. I know the DNA30 has a different switch so I guess I need an upgrade. Problem is I bought this from a vendor in the netherlands. Anyone heard about similar problems. Did anyone get an upgrade for the switch?

I've purchased several lipos from them in the past. They were reliable and Turnigy puts together some pretty good products. They seemed to outperform the zippy brand they also carry.
I sure as heck hope you are right about a possible version that will allow you to swap out 18650 series batteries. I mentioned that idea a couple of months ago when I was dealing with VS on a small issue with mine (which the resolved very quickly and without any fuss). That would be awesome indeed.

I'm seriously considering selling them all and buying one of the new CHanas that should be shipping early May. Swappable 18650s and the performance of my VS? Yes please.
Cheers Hexa, Got in contact with VS in Miami. I can send them my VS and they will swap the switch and 510 free of charge, only have to cover shipping(bought the VS in Netherlands) Im gonna let them change the bat all at once (25 $). Great CS

Right on. These folks seem great. I really am wicked confident buying another one of their products after seeing the VS in action myself and hearing about all this wonderful customer service in this thread. Glad that you're getting it fixed!

Well I've joined the DNA 30 club. Thanks to those of you who have posted in this thread, you have provided aa nice running account of the evolution of this fine product. Made pulling the trigger on this much easier than most of my purchases.

I got a tracking number the same day, but for the last couple of days it says shipment received in Miami but no movement... Hate it when that happens.
