I beg to differ. IMO, a good deal reflects the current state of supply/demand, overhead, and production costs. VS doesn't even have their own factory AFAIK (correct me if I'm wrong). And Evolv does all the manufacturing and QC for the chips.Move south of the border and you'll find them a lot more reasonably priced. Move south across the border one more time you'll find them even less expensive! Hmmmm, I wonder what the cost of vape gear is in Mexico?
Towards the more serious side (but not quite) -
What is reasonably priced? I don't even want to go to McDonalds any more, get a lot better meal for less at one local Robertos fast food Mexican food places or one of their copycatters to include Albertos, Alibertos, Filibertos, Gualbertos, Adalbertos, Rubertos, Rolbertos, etc...
On the serious side - a good deal is when the seller gets what they think is reasonable and the buyer gets what they thought was worthy of their money.
For you if that includes a 1 year warranty, there are only two AV/AW I know of that have that. A Provari or the soon to be released ipv 50w Box mod by pioneer4you.
A person can buy a metal tube with a switch for $1000 and try justify that it's a good deal. Most people would consider it foolish.
I do have the IPV2 50W (it's been out a couple weeks now) because it's a great deal. It doesn't *have* to have a 1 year warranty, you missed the point. That was specifically intended for the what I thought of the VS pricing.
In the end, you buy what you can buy, and afford what you can afford. I do like the VS rDNA. I was just offering an opinion on what I think is reasonable pricing. But, hey, what do I know...
