Has anyone bought a skin from vaporskinz.com for their VS? I was looking to get one but wanted to know if its worth the price. They are vinyl wraps not the rubber fitting that VS provides directly.
No endcap for you! HahahaCongrats!!! I hope you get a fine working piece. My rDNA has become my fav mod (tied with my Reos) and im a huge VS convert.

Is it only VaporShark that's having a problem with the DNA 40s or is it other mod companies?
Does anyone ever use ful capacity of the 30?Ijust ordered a 20 .Did some math on an ohms app,and even going low, like .8 or so,20 seems to be fine.just curious.
It's an issue with the Evolv DNA 40D board, not the mod manufacturers.
True but it seems a lot of people that got VaporShark DNA 40's have had more problems then other mod manufacturers. Maybe they got most of the first run boards with problems.
Just cuorius since I am in the thinking box for a VS 40, you have the abbility to remove the battery and us a charger separately,or not?
I thought to respond as Heespharm did but was hesitant because of a possible misunderstanding around "remove the battery".
Yes, you have both options (1) remove the battery and put in a feshly charged battery, (2) vape while charging. On the VS 40 you have a third option (3) wireless charging.
I am reasonably sure you cannot vape without a battery installed...if that's what hat you were asking.
For myself, and many others I suspect, 20w is sufficient. It seems that lately watts are rising almost in a competitive race, but for what? I have found a flavor that didn't seem to taste as well above like 12 and I don't know why. Anyway, I experiment with a ML of many juices at different levels and, for me, about 13-19 watts works well. I guess I am just an average Joe.
Maybe I need to get fixed...![]()

Surprised not many people have come here to rave about their rdna40. I love that little sucker ever since I got it. With the skin on, I don't have to worry about being rough with it, and it's just sucha great size. Between my Reos and my rDNA, my flask has seen at most 30mins of vape time.
Also have not swapped the batteries out since I got it. Wub. Happy camper here.
It's an evolv issue. From what I was told- The first production round had an error in the coating that comments the oled to the board. It was not discovered until they were I'm end users hands. Evolv; as well as, Hana and Vaporshark are practicing a no questions asked exchange route. (Other mfgs may be doing that also but I've only dealt with Vs and Hana) so while mildly frustrating I've not heard of anyone losing anything other than time.Is it only VaporShark that's having a problem with the DNA 40s or is it other mod companies?

Or you can just use a wireless charger... any q1 wireless charger will work *caugh* eBay *caugh*
I found them for 5$ on the fleabay. One in the den by the recliner, one next to the bed, one in my office and one by the toilet for those relaxing newspaper moments
Just to show how versatile it is.... the mod, not the paper.TMI, dude. TMI.
